CVE-2026-70550 1 Jfrog 1 Artifactory 2026-08-25 6.5 Medium
An authorization weakness in JFrog Artifactory Composer repository handling may allow an authenticated user, under specific conditions, to read package metadata from repositories they are not authorized to read. The issue affects confidentiality and has been addressed in fixed Artifactory versions.
CVE-2026-9128 1 Rockwellautomation 1 Studio 5000 Logix Designer 2026-08-25 7.5 High
A code execution security issue exists within Studio 5000 Logix Designer® due to an unquoted search path in the External Tools configuration. The executable paths specified in the external tools configuration file are not properly quoted, and because these paths contain spaces, the operating system may resolve them to unintended executables placed earlier in the search order. If exploited, an attacker could plant a malicious executable in a location within the search path, resulting in arbitrary code execution with the same permissions of the user running the application.
CVE-2026-9108 1 Rockwellautomation 1 Studio 5000 Logix Designer 2026-08-25 7.5 High
A path traversal security issue exists within Studio 5000 Logix Designer® due to improper limitation of file paths within ACD project files. The software does not sanitize or validate file names embedded in the ACD file structure during the project opening procedure, allowing path traversal sequences to escape the intended extraction directory. If exploited, an attacker could craft a malicious ACD project file that results in arbitrary files being written to attacker-controlled locations on the file system, potentially leading to code execution.
CVE-2026-9127 1 Rockwellautomation 1 Studio 5000 Logix Designer 2026-08-25 7.5 High
A remote code execution security issue exists within Studio 5000 Logix Designer® due to incorrect authorization on a configuration file. This can allow any authenticated user to modify the paths of external tools configured within the application. If exploited, an attacker could alter the configuration to point to a malicious executable, resulting in arbitrary code execution when any user interacts with the external tools functionality.
CVE-2026-18726 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Open Iscsi 2026-08-25 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in open-iscsi. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker on the same local network segment to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) in the iscsiuio daemon. By sending a specially crafted Internet Control Message Protocol version 6 (ICMPv6) Router Advertisement with a zero-length option, the attacker can trigger an infinite loop. This leads to sustained CPU usage, rendering the daemon unresponsive and impacting system availability. A secondary risk of out-of-bounds reads exists with a short IPv6 payload, though no memory corruption or data exposure has been confirmed.
CVE-2026-19654 2 Redhat, Rsyslog 2 Enterprise Linux, Rsyslog 2026-08-25 7.5 High
A unauthenticated remote peer may lead rsyslogd to crash due to a flaw in the optional imptcp module. A crafted input sequence during oversize-frame recovery can cause an invalid internal message length and terminate rsyslogd. No confidentiality or integrity impact, privilege escalation, or code execution has been identified. imtcp and the default imptcp framing modes are not affected.
CVE-2026-19548 2 Gnu, Redhat 7 Binutils, Adminutil, Enterprise Linux and 4 more 2026-08-25 5.5 Medium
Multiple Use-After-Free vulnerabilities were found in the add_archive_element function in ld/ldmain.c of the GNU linker (ld), a component of binutils. The root cause is that plugin_maybe_claim() in ld/plugin.c frees the original BFD object via bfd_close/_bfd_delete_bfd when entry->the_bfd->my_archive == NULL, but the caller retains both the original abfd parameter and a shallow copy (orig_input.the_bfd) as dangling pointers. These dangling pointers are subsequently dereferenced at three distinct locations in add_archive_element: 1. Line ~1442: accessing abfd->my_archive via bfd_usrdata(abfd->my_archive) 2. Line ~1493: multiple accesses to abfd and abfd->my_archive in a conditional check and bfd_get_filename call 3. Line ~1525: dereferencing the shallow copy orig_input.the_bfd->my_archive in trace/verbose logging The vulnerability is triggered when LTO plugins are active (link_info.lto_plugin_active is true) and the input object has abfd->my_archive == NULL, which is a valid state for standalone object files. Red Hat builds binutils with --enable-plugins and --enable-lto, confirming the vulnerable code path is compiled in and reachable. An attacker who can supply a crafted object or archive file to a build process using LTO-enabled linking could exploit this flaw to cause a denial of service (linker crash via segmentation fault). Arbitrary code execution is theoretically possible through heap manipulation but is substantially mitigated by hardening measures including stack protector, FORTIFY_SOURCE, ASLR, and PIE. The attack surface is limited to build-time environments — the linker is a development tool not exposed in production runtime. The most realistic exploitation scenario is a supply chain attack introducing a crafted object file as a build dependency in CI/CD pipelines or development environments.
CVE-2026-41586 1 Hyperledger 1 Fabric 2026-08-25 9.8 Critical
Hyperledger Fabric is an enterprise-grade permissioned distributed ledger framework for developing solutions and applications. From versions 1.0.0 to 2.2.26, Channel.java implements readObject() and exposes deSerializeChannel() which call ObjectInputStream.readObject() on untrusted byte arrays without configuring an ObjectInputFilter. This is a classic Java deserialization RCE pattern. At time of publication, there are no publicly available patches.
CVE-2026-63076 1 Openssl 1 Openssl 2026-08-25 7.5 High
Issue summary: OpenSSL CMP password based protection verification only checks whether the protectionAlg parameter was not NULL and not its ASN.1 type, before treating it as a PBMParameter. A crafted message can contain a parameter of a different type, which is then dereferenced as an invalid pointer. Impact summary: A remote, unauthenticated attacker can crash an application acting as a CMP server that accepts PBM-protected messages, or a CMP client talking to a malicious or intercepted CMP server, resulting in a Denial of Service. CWE: CWE-476: NULL Pointer Dereference Description: When verifying the password-based MAC protection of a CMP message, OpenSSL library reads the protectionAlg algorithm parameter with X509_ALGOR_get0(), which returns both the parameter type and its value pointer. The value is then cast to an ASN1_STRING and treated as the expected PBMParameter after only checking that pointer is not NULL. The parameter type returned by X509_ALGOR_get0() was never consulted. This happens during protection verification, before any MAC is computed, so no knowledge of the PBM shared secret is required; the only precondition is that PBM verification is reachable. On the server side this is reached from OSSL_CMP_SRV_process_request() for any application that stands up a CMP server accepting PBM-protected messages, and on the client side from CMP response validation against a malicious or on-path (MITM) server. The reliable consequence is a denial of service; there is no memory disclosure, no controlled memory write, and no path to code execution. CMP is a specialized feature that an application must explicitly enable. FIPS impact: no As the CMP code lives outside the FIPS module boundary, no FIPS modules are affected by this CVE.
CVE-2026-55540 1 Mervinpraison 1 Praisonai 2026-08-25 7.1 High
PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to praisonai 4.6.51, is_path_within_directory() uses os.path.abspath() rather than os.path.realpath() for the workspace boundary. A symlink inside workspace can point outside and still pass the check, allowing read_file and other code tools to access files outside the configured workspace. This issue is fixed in version 4.6.58.
CVE-2026-55532 1 Mervinpraison 1 Praisonai 2026-08-25 7.6 High
PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to praisonai 4.6.58, MCP HTTP Stream _validate_origin uses request_origin.startswith(allowed), allowing the attacker-controlled localhost.attacker.com HTTP origin to satisfy the localhost allowlist. A webpage can send Content-Type: text/plain requests without preflight and invoke tools/call without an API key, including file writes that persist agent instructions. This issue is fixed in version 4.6.58.
CVE-2026-55536 1 Mervinpraison 1 Praisonai 2026-08-25 9.1 Critical
PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to praisonai 4.6.58, Browser Server _handle_connection() checks Chrome extension origins with re.match() and the unanchored expression chrome-extension://[a-z0-9]{32}. Extra trailing characters pass before websocket.accept(), allowing start_session commands and unauthorized browser automation. This issue is fixed in version 4.6.58.
CVE-2026-79772 2 Nokogiri, Sparklemotion 2 Nokogiri, Nokogiri 2026-08-25 5.3 Medium
Nokogiri versions before 1.19.1 fail to check the return value from xmlC14NExecute in the canonicalize method, returning an empty string on failure instead of raising an exception. Attackers can exploit this to bypass signature validation in downstream SAML libraries by providing invalid canonicalized XML that is incorrectly accepted as valid.
