| Denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerability in the internal JPEG2000 (JPX) decoding implementation of the Poppler fork developed by Innodata Labs. When an application processes an untrusted PDF file containing specially crafted JPXDecode images, a remote attacker can cause uncontrolled memory consumption. The flaw occurs in the JPXStream::readCodestream() function, where values controlled from the SIZ segment (such as img.nComps) are used for the memory allocation of tiles and components without adequate validation. This allows an attacker to force excessive memory allocation and cause a resource exhaustion, ultimately causing the pdftoppm process to terminate due to out-of-memory (OOM) conditions. | ||||

| Compliance-trestle (Trestle) is a Python SDK and command-line tool for managing OSCAL compliance documents. In versions before 3.12.4 and versions 4.0.0 through 4.0.3, Trestle is vulnerable to server-side template injection that can lead to remote code execution. This occurs because the MDCleanInclude and MDSectionInclude Jinja2 tags re-parse untrusted Markdown content as template source code using a non-sandboxed jinja2.Environment. An attacker who controls content that Trestle renders, such as a crafted workspace Markdown file, a third-party SSP document, or a YAML lookup-table value, can inject a Jinja2 expression that traverses Python object internals to execute arbitrary operating system commands in the context of the Trestle process. This issue is fixed in versions 3.12.4 and 4.1.0. | ||||

| The vulnerability allows the unauthorised generation of physical access QR codes due to the use of hard-coded credentials within the application. The generation mechanism uses the 'badge_number' parameter as the HMAC private key, the value of which remains static and is accessible via the API using the endpoint '/club/_id_club_/member/_id_member_/resamania_qr_info'. An attacker with access to this value and to the application’s cryptographic logic, which can be extracted by reverse engineering the APK as there is no code obfuscation, could generate valid QR codes indefinitely, even after the user has changed their password or logged out. | ||||

| Kimai before 2.64.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the ProjectViewController export route (report_project_view_export). The authorization guards are attached to the sibling __invoke method rather than at the class level, so the export route inherits no authorization checks. Any authenticated user, including a plain ROLE_USER without the project_reporting permission, can download the project overview export - which returns the same dataset as the protected report - disclosing customer names, project names, currency, budget type, and aggregate totals across all customers. Actual financial figures remain protected in the export template. | ||||

| In containerized-data-importer (CDI), the aggregated cdi.kubevirt.io:view ClusterRole, intended to provide read-only access to CDI resources, includes a rule granting create on the datavolumes/source subresource. CDI's DataVolume clone authorization accepts this permission as sufficient to authorize cloning the contents of any PVC the caller can name, without requiring write access to the source namespace. A user or service account bound to the view role, commonly granted cluster-wide via ClusterRoleBinding, who also has ordinary write access (edit/admin) to any single namespace, can use this to exfiltrate the contents of any PVC in the cluster into a namespace they control, bypassing namespace isolation and the read-only guarantee of the view role. | ||||

| A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the Dia diagram editor when processing Network Bus objects from Dia XML project files. In objects/network/bus.c, bus_load() reads the number of bus handles from the file attribute "bus_handles" using attribute_num_data() without validating an upper bound: bus->num_handles = attribute_num_data(attr); When a bus handle is subsequently moved, bus_handle_moved() allocates two temporary arrays on the stack: parallel = (real *)g_alloca(num_handles * sizeof(real)); perp = (real *)g_alloca(num_handles * sizeof(real)); Because num_handles is fully attacker-controlled via the project file, sufficiently large values (for example 262144 or higher) cause g_alloca() to consume more stack space than the default thread stack limit (typically 8 MB on Linux), resulting in stack overflow, SIGSEGV, and potential stack frame / return-address corruption. An attacker can embed a Bus object with an excessive bus_handles count in a malicious .dia file. Exploitation requires the victim to open the file in Dia (file dialog, command line, or file association) and trigger handle manipulation (moving a bus handle), which exercises the vulnerable code path. The identical g_alloca pattern is present in objects/Misc/tree.c (copied from bus.c) and is likely vulnerable to the same class of attack via Tree objects. | mcp-fetch checks a fetch target against its SSRF guard without removing the brackets that surround an IPv6 literal. isSafeUrl reads the hostname from the parsed URL, which for a literal such as http://[::1]/ yields the bracketed string, and then tests it with net.isIP. That call returns zero for a bracketed value, so the branch holding the private-address checks is skipped entirely. The guard falls back to resolving the hostname, the bracketed string is not a resolvable name, no addresses are returned, and the target is reported safe. The HTTP client then strips the brackets and connects. Because the address may be given in IPv4-mapped form, the same path reaches any IPv4 target the loopback and private checks were meant to exclude, including link-local metadata endpoints. isPrivateIPv6 also has no case for the ::ffff: prefix, so the mapped form would still pass even if the brackets were removed. The fetch target is supplied as a tool argument, so an attacker who can influence what the model requests can read internal responses back into the model context. | ||||

The ad_gpo_extract_smb_components() function does not sanitize .. sequences in the gPCFileSysPath LDAP attribute, allowing an attacker with AD GPO management access to write files outside the GPO cache directory as root. | The Grav API plugin (getgrav/grav-plugin-api) before 1.0.18 does not apply the API-key scope cap in the injectSecurityTab() function of BlueprintController when deciding whether a page's security/permissions blueprint section is editable. Because the function performs raw isSuperAdmin()/hasPermission() checks without a request parameter, it cannot enforce scopeAllows(). A caller holding a scoped API key may therefore see (and potentially edit) page permission fields beyond the scope granted to the key. This is due to missing file extension validation and missing path normalization when CRM Email Connect processes inbound IMAP email attachments. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to send a crafted email to the site's configured inbound mailbox with a forged References header matching the plugin's expected pattern and an attachment filename such as `../helper.php`, causing the cron-based IMAP sync job to write attacker-controlled PHP outside of the .htaccess-protected `crm-attachments` directory and into `wp-content/uploads/`.
