| CVE-2026-106119 | 2026-10-06 | N/A | ||
| LangChain is a framework for building LLM-powered applications. Prior to 1.3.1, MongoDBChatMessageHistory does not enforce the documented string type for an untrusted structured session identifier at runtime, allowing the identifier to be interpreted as a MongoDB query condition rather than as a literal value when multiple users' histories are stored in a shared MongoDB collection. An attacker able to invoke chat-history operations can read, modify, or delete another user's stored conversation. Applications using authenticated, server-controlled string identifiers are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106118 | 2026-10-06 | 7.5 High | ||
| ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 3.0.0 until 4.1.1, tiled TIFF decoding allocates a destination buffer using TileWidth but TiffDecompressorsFactory.Create constructs T4, T6, and Modified Huffman decompressors using the full frame width. TiffDecoderCore.DecodeTilesChunky can therefore direct frame-width fax scanlines into a tile-width buffer when TileWidth is smaller than ImageWidth. The mismatch causes attacker-controlled out-of-bounds writes, heap corruption, and process termination even with legal per-row run codes. This tiled-path vulnerability is distinct from oversized CCITT runs in strip decoding. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106114 | 2026-10-06 | 5.3 Medium | ||
| ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 1.0.0-beta0001 until 4.1.2, ICC CLUT parsing calculates allocation sizes from attacker-declared channel and grid dimensions before confirming that the profile contains the declared values. IccDataReader.ReadClutF32 can request a large float array, and earlier public IccProfile.Entries parsing paths can allocate a large jagged representation, from a short truncated profile. In version 4, automatic image conversion reaches the parser when DecoderOptions.ColorProfileHandling is Convert; the default Preserve mode avoids that conversion path. The demonstrated impact is memory pressure and input-validation failure, not unhandled process termination. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106109 | 2026-10-06 | N/A | ||
| Quasar Framework is a framework for building high-performance Vue.js user interfaces. From 1.0.0 until 3.3.0, @quasar/app-vite recursively removed the resolved build.distDir before building without rejecting the project root, user home directory, filesystem roots, or symlink-resolved external directories. An unsafe trusted configuration can delete data writable by the build user before compilation begins. No attacker-controlled input reaches build.distDir by default, so exploitation requires compromised or less-trusted automation to influence build configuration, or a developer to run a mistaken configuration. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106103 | 2026-10-06 | 7.1 High | ||
| Quasar Framework is a framework for building high-performance Vue.js user interfaces. Prior to @quasar/icongenie 6.1.1, the icongenie generate --profile command accepted folder and name values from a user-supplied profile without constraining the resolved destination to the Quasar project directory. icongenie/lib/utils/get-assets-files.js joined those values with appDir, while icongenie/lib/utils/validate-profile-object.js required only non-empty strings, allowing parent-directory traversal. A developer who runs a crafted profile can cause generated image content to be written or overwritten at any path writable by that user, potentially modifying shell startup files, build scripts, or other executable configuration. This issue is fixed in version 6.1.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106033 | 1 Redhat | 2 Ansible Automation Platform, Hummingbird | 2026-10-06 | 5.4 Medium |
| A DOM-based Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the Ansible Platform UI due to unvalidated input handling within the application's redirect route. Specifically, the application extracts a target destination from the next query parameter and directly assigns it to the browser's location.href without verifying its format or scheme. The platform includes built-in URL validation functions designed to block malicious URI schemes (such as javascript: and data:) as well as off-site or protocol-relative redirects, this specific route bypasses those controls. Consequently, an attacker can craft a malicious link that, when accessed by an authenticated user, causes arbitrary JavaScript to execute within the context of the user's session. | ||||
| CVE-2026-105239 | 2026-10-06 | 5.3 Medium | ||
| Improper Neutralization of Null Byte or NUL Character vulnerability in the EventLogAppender of Apache log4net. A NUL character in logged content ended the Windows Event Log record at that point, so everything the layout rendered after it, including exception text and trailing fields, was silently not stored. A party whose data reaches a log message could hide the rest of that record. Only applications on Windows that use EventLogAppender are affected. This issue affects Apache log4net: from 1.2.9 before 3.5.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.5.0, which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-105111 | 2026-10-06 | 4.7 Medium | ||
| Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') vulnerability in Apache Commons BCEL. This only happens when you're using Class2HTML to generate webpages for possibly-attacker-controlled class files, where Class2HTML emitters write attacker class-file strings into HTML unescaped (stored XSS in reports). This issue affects Apache Commons BCEL: before 6.13.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.13.0, which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-104047 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2026-10-06 | 5.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in SSSD. When configured to use Microsoft Entra ID, search inputs are not properly sanitized before being incorporated into directory query filters. A local user can exploit this vulnerability by submitting a crafted lookup request, manipulating the query logic to cause unauthorized information disclosure from the directory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103009 | 2026-10-06 | 7.1 High | ||
| Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key (CWE-639) in Elasticsearch can lead to Information Disclosure via a specially crafted cross-cluster search request that references an unauthorized shard identifier. Elasticsearch contains an authorization bypass weakness in its handling of cross-cluster search requests made through the Remote Cluster Security (RCS) 2.0 model. An authorization check validates a request against one identifying attribute of the target shard, while a separate, independently-supplied identifying attribute in the same request determines which shard is actually accessed. A holder of a cross-cluster API key authorized for one index can craft a request whose two identifying attributes refer to different indices, causing the request to be authorized against an index they can access while actually operating against a different, unauthorized index. This can expose that index's document contents, field mappings, and other metadata, and in limited cases allows modification of retention-lease state on the unauthorized index. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103008 | 2026-10-06 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Uncontrolled Recursion (CWE-674) in Elasticsearch can lead to Denial of Service via a specially crafted request that causes the server to construct and process a deeply nested data structure with no bound on recursion depth. Elasticsearch contains an uncontrolled recursion weakness in how it builds and serializes geometry values produced by scripted runtime fields. Unlike geometry supplied as text, which is subject to a nesting-depth limit, geometry constructed from a script's output is not bounded. An authenticated user with read access to a single index can submit a request defining such a field with a script that produces a deeply nested structure. Processing this request recurses past the available stack space, causing the affected node to terminate. The node does not recover automatically on all deployments and may require manual intervention to restore service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103007 | 2026-10-06 | 7.2 High | ||
| Incorrect Authorization (CWE-863) in Elasticsearch can lead to Privilege Escalation via a delegated administrative privilege whose scope is not fully enforced during authorization checks. Elasticsearch contains an incorrect authorization weakness in a configurable, non-default privilege that lets an administrator delegate limited role-management capability to another user, scoped to specific indices. The authorization check that enforces this scoping does not correctly account for a role-definition setting that can expand the matched index set. A user holding this delegated privilege with a broadly-scoped index pattern can exploit this inconsistency by updating their own assigned role to gain access to indices that should remain restricted, including internal security data. This can enable further escalation up to full administrative control of the cluster. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103006 | 2026-10-06 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Uncontrolled Recursion (CWE-674) in Elasticsearch can lead to Denial of Service via a specially crafted, deeply nested request submitted to the aggregation feature of the search API. Elasticsearch contains an uncontrolled recursion weakness in its search aggregation processing. An authenticated user with read access to a single index can submit a specially crafted request containing deeply nested aggregation definitions. Processing this request triggers unbounded recursive execution that exhausts the server process's available resources, causing the affected node to terminate. The node does not recover automatically and requires manual intervention to restore service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103005 | 2026-10-06 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Memory Allocation with Excessive Size Value (CWE-789) in Elasticsearch can lead to denial of service via Excessive Allocation (CAPEC-130). An authenticated user with connector management privileges could cause the cluster to allocate an uncontrolled amount of memory when connector resources with an excessively large `description` field are created and subsequently accessed, exhausting available heap memory and crashing the affected node. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102413 | 2026-10-06 | 6.2 Medium | ||
| Uncaught Exception (CWE-248) in Elastic Endpoint can lead to denial of service via a specially crafted file name. When Elastic Defend's Elastic Endpoint component processes a file name under certain system locale configurations (including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean locales) on Windows, an unhandled exception can occur during file-path handling. This causes the Elastic Endpoint process to crash and restart repeatedly, which can degrade or disable Elastic Defend's real-time malware prevention and behavioral detection capabilities on the affected host for as long as the condition persists. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102412 | 2026-10-06 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Incorrect Authorization (CWE-863) in Kibana can lead to sensitive information disclosure via Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs (CAPEC-1). An authenticated Kibana user with limited Fleet management privileges could access sensitive credential material that should be restricted to users with Fleet settings administrative access. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to obtain private cryptographic key material configured for Fleet Server host connections, potentially enabling impersonation of trusted Fleet infrastructure components in deployments where those keys are actively used. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102411 | 2026-10-06 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling (CWE-770) in Elasticsearch can lead to Denial of Service via Excessive Allocation (CAPEC-130). Elasticsearch enforces a size limit on the user-supplied metadata field for each individual template resource, but does not limit the total memory used when multiple such resources are retrieved together. A user holding the *manage_index_templates* cluster privilege can register multiple resources each within the individual limit. Retrieving them together materializes all of their metadata values in memory at once, exhausting available heap and causing the affected node to fail with an out-of-memory error, resulting in a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102410 | 2026-10-06 | 4.3 Medium | ||
| Missing Authorization (CWE-862) in Kibana can lead to information disclosure via Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs (CAPEC-1). An internal API surface within the Metrics Experience feature did not enforce a Kibana-level authorization check that an equivalent, related API in the same feature did enforce. As a result, a user who held only data-store-level read access to an index, but no corresponding Kibana feature privilege, could retrieve index-derived metric data through Kibana that the properly-authorized API would otherwise have blocked. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102409 | 2026-10-06 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Uncontrolled Recursion (CWE-674) in Elasticsearch can allow an authenticated user with low privileges to terminate an Elasticsearch node, resulting in denial of service, via Excessive Allocation (CAPEC-130). | ||||
| CVE-2026-102408 | 2026-10-06 | 4.3 Medium | ||
| Inefficient Regular Expression Complexity (CWE-1333) in Elasticsearch can lead to denial of service via Regular Expression Exponential Blowup (CAPEC-492). The ES|QL CHUNK function's recursive chunking strategy accepts a list of user-supplied regular expressions used as text-splitting separators, without validating their computational complexity or bounding their execution time. An authenticated user with read access to any text-based index can submit a specially crafted regular expression that triggers catastrophic backtracking, consuming excessive CPU on Elasticsearch worker threads and degrading query throughput for other tenants on the affected node. The cluster does not crash as a result of this issue. | ||||
