This patch refer to arch/arm64/kernel/sleep.S to resolve this issue. From cited commit [1] that explain the problem Functions which the compiler has instrumented for KASAN place poison on the stack shadow upon entry and remove this poison prior to returning. In the case of cpuidle, CPUs exit the kernel a number of levels deep in C code. Any instrumented functions on this critical path will leave portions of the stack shadow poisoned. If CPUs lose context and return to the kernel via a cold path, we restore a prior context saved in __cpu_suspend_enter are forgotten, and we never remove the poison they placed in the stack shadow area by functions calls between this and the actual exit of the kernel. Thus, (depending on stackframe layout) subsequent calls to instrumented functions may hit this stale poison, resulting in (spurious) KASAN splats to the console. To avoid this, clear any stale poison from the idle thread for a CPU prior to bringing a CPU online. From cited commit [2] Extend to check for CONFIG_KASAN_STACK [1] commit 0d97e6d8024c ("arm64: kasan: clear stale stack poison") [2] commit d56a9ef84bd0 ("kasan, arm64: unpoison stack only with CONFIG_KASAN_STACK")
CVE-2024-38585 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-09-17 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tools/nolibc/stdlib: fix memory error in realloc() Pass user_p_len to memcpy() instead of heap->len to prevent realloc() from copying an extra sizeof(heap) bytes from beyond the allocated region.
CVE-2025-58750 1 Rathena 1 Rathena 2025-09-17 8.2 High
rAthena is an open-source cross-platform massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG) server. Versions prior to commit 0cc348b are missing a bound check in `chclif_parse_moveCharSlot` that can result in reading and writing out of bounds using input from the user. The problem has been fixed in commit 0cc348b.
CVE-2022-48714 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-09-17 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Use VM_MAP instead of VM_ALLOC for ringbuf After commit 2fd3fb0be1d1 ("kasan, vmalloc: unpoison VM_ALLOC pages after mapping"), non-VM_ALLOC mappings will be marked as accessible in __get_vm_area_node() when KASAN is enabled. But now the flag for ringbuf area is VM_ALLOC, so KASAN will complain out-of-bound access after vmap() returns. Because the ringbuf area is created by mapping allocated pages, so use VM_MAP instead. After the change, info in /proc/vmallocinfo also changes from [start]-[end] 24576 ringbuf_map_alloc+0x171/0x290 vmalloc user to [start]-[end] 24576 ringbuf_map_alloc+0x171/0x290 vmap user

CVE-2025-9136 1 Libretro 1 Retroarch 2025-09-12 5.3 Medium
A flaw has been found in libretro RetroArch 1.18.0/1.19.0/1.20.0. This affects the function filestream_vscanf of the file libretro-common/streams/file_stream.c. This manipulation causes out-of-bounds read. The attack needs to be launched locally. Upgrading to version 1.21.0 mitigates this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component.

CVE-2025-8298 1 Realtek 2 Rtl8811au, Wi-fi Usb Driver 2025-09-10 N/A
Realtek RTL8811AU rtwlanu.sys N6CQueryInformationHandleCustomized11nOids Out-Of-Bounds Read Information Disclosure Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows local attackers to disclose sensitive information on affected installations of Realtek RTL8811AU drivers. An attacker must first obtain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system in order to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the N6CQueryInformationHandleCustomized11nOids function. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in a read past the end of an allocated buffer. An attacker can leverage this in conjunction with other vulnerabilities to execute arbitrary code in the context of the kernel. Was ZDI-CAN-25864.
CVE-2025-20026 1 Intel 4 Proset\/wireless Wifi, Wi-fi 7 Be200, Wi-fi 7 Be201 and 1 more 2025-09-10 6.1 Medium

CVE-2025-58050 1 Pcre 1 Pcre2 2025-09-09 9.1 Critical
The PCRE2 library is a set of C functions that implement regular expression pattern matching. In version 10.45, a heap-buffer-overflow read vulnerability exists in the PCRE2 regular expression matching engine, specifically within the handling of the (*scs:...) (Scan SubString) verb when combined with (*ACCEPT) in src/pcre2_match.c. This vulnerability may potentially lead to information disclosure if the out-of-bounds data read during the memcmp affects the final match result in a way observable by the attacker. This issue has been resolved in version 10.46.
CVE-2025-26441 1 Google 1 Android 2025-09-08 6.5 Medium
In add_attr of sdp_discovery.cc, there is a possible out of bounds read due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to remote information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
