| authentik is an open-source identity provider. Prior to 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2, an account with delegated permission to manage a group, group membership, or a user can grant superuser status to an account or assign an existing role to a group without holding the permissions that gate those privileges. Group hierarchy checks do not consistently account for superuser status inherited from ancestor groups, and role assignment to a group lacks the required authorization check. Only deployments that delegate these management capabilities to accounts that are not full administrators are affected. This issue is fixed in versions 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2. |

| Docmost is open-source collaborative wiki and documentation software. Prior to 0.90.1, an authenticated workspace ADMIN can use the workspace invitation flow to invite an external email address with the OWNER role because the role ceiling does not prevent ADMIN users from granting privileges above their own. When the invitation is accepted, the new account receives OWNER-level permissions, allowing the ADMIN to create a backdoor OWNER account or promote a colluding external user to the workspace's highest privilege level. This issue is fixed in version 0.90.1. |

| The Paytium: Mollie payment forms & donations plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 5.0.3. The 5.0.3 patch introduced a wp_hash()/hash_equals() signature gate on the pt-paytium-user-data field, but left a second filter — pt_cf_checkout_meta(), registered on the pt_meta_values hook after the signed builder — that copies every $_POST['pt_form_field'][*] key verbatim into the payment meta array without any signature verification; this allows the pt-user-role value it copies to overwrite the signed path's output, after which paytium_user_data_processing() reads the persisted _pt-user-role post meta and passes it directly as the role argument to wp_insert_user(). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to register a new WordPress account with the administrator role and fully take over the site. Exploitation requires submitting a payment through a publicly-exposed [paytium] shortcode form and completing the resulting payment flow, after which the attacker can seize the new administrator account via the standard lost-password flow on their supplied email address. |

| The Meta Box AIO plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation to Administrator in versions up to, and including, 3.11.0. This is due to a chained flaw: the populate_via_query_string() function in the mb-frontend-submission component unconditionally overrides the form's target object_id from the GET parameter 'rwmb_frontend_field_object_id' without any authorization check, and Form::process() lacks the user_can_edit() check present in render(), allowing unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the post_content of any page with an arbitrary shortcode via wp_update_post(); the mb-user-profile component then directly trusts the 'role' and 'auto_login' shortcode attributes in the injected [mb_user_profile_register] shortcode with no role validation. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to elevate their privileges to Administrator. The standalone plugins Meta Box Frontend Submission (in versions up to 4.5.6) and Meta Box User Profile (versions up to 3.11.0) are also affected. |
| Netdata is an open source observability tool. From version 2.0.0 until 2.10.4, Netdata Windows Agent MSI repair launches powershell.exe and wevtutil.exe as elevated interactive processes in the initiating user's desktop session. A low-privileged local user who triggers repair can interact with or hijack those visible process windows to execute arbitrary commands with SYSTEM privileges. This issue is fixed in stable version 2.10.4. |
| Netdata is an open source observability tool. From rom 2.0.0 until 2.10.4, during Netdata Windows Agent MSI repair, powershell.exe runs as SYSTEM without -NoProfile and loads %USERPROFILE%\Documents\WindowsPowerShell\Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1 from the low-privileged user who initiated repair. Commands placed in that profile before repair therefore execute with SYSTEM privileges. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.10.4. |
