CVSS v3.1 |
| Arcane Software’s Vermillion FTP Daemon (vftpd) versions up to and including 1.31 contains a memory corruption vulnerability triggered by a malformed FTP PORT command. The flaw arises from an out-of-bounds array access during input parsing, allowing an attacker to manipulate stack memory and potentially execute arbitrary code. Exploitation requires direct access to the FTP service and is constrained by a single execution attempt if the daemon is installed as a Windows service. |
| Server communication with a controller can lead to remote code execution using a specially crafted message from the controller. See Honeywell Security Notification for recommendations on upgrading and versioning. |
| The vulnerability was identified in the code developed specifically for Lenovo. Please visit "Lenovo Product Security Advisories and Announcements" webpage for more information about the vulnerability. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/product_security/home |
| Out-of-bounds write in some Intel(R) SGX SDK software may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| A missing null-termination character in the last element of an nvlist array string can lead to writing outside the allocated buffer. |
| Contec Health CMS8000 Patient Monitor is vulnerable to an out-of-bounds write, which could allow an attacker to send specially formatted UDP requests in order to write arbitrary data. This could result in remote code execution. |
| DjVuLibre is a GPL implementation of DjVu, a web-centric format for distributing documents and images. Prior to version 3.5.29, the MMRDecoder::scanruns method is affected by an OOB-write vulnerability, because it does not check that the xr pointer stays within the bounds of the allocated buffer. This can lead to writes beyond the allocated memory, resulting in a heap corruption condition. An out-of-bounds read with pr is also possible for the same reason. This issue has been patched in version 3.5.29. |
| Buffer Overflow vulnerability found in Kemptechnologies Loadmaster before v.7.2.60.0 allows a remote attacker to casue a denial of service via the libkemplink.so, isreverse library. |
| When decoding an OpenEXR file that uses DWAA or DWAB compression, there's an implicit assumption that the height and width are divisible by 8.
If the height or width of the image is not divisible by 8, the copy loops at [0] and [1] will continue to write until the next multiple of 8.
The buffer td->uncompressed_data is allocated in decode_block based on the precise height and width of the image, so the "rounded-up" multiple of 8 in the copy loop can exceed the buffer bounds, and the write block starting at [2] can corrupt following heap memory.
We recommend upgrading to version 8.0 or beyond. |
| SAP Replication Server allows an attacker to use gateway for executing some commands to RSSD. This could result in crashing the Replication Server due to memory corruption with high impact on Availability of the system. |
| An out-of-bounds write in VirtIO network device emulation in BitVisor from commit 108df6 (2020-05-20) to commit 480907 (2025-07-06) allows local attackers to cause a denial of service (host hypervisor crash) via a crafted PCI configuration space access. Given it's a heap overflow in a privileged hypervisor context, exploitation may enable arbitrary code execution or guest-to-host privilege escalation. |
| Malicious software running in a guest VM can exploit the buffer overflow to achieve code execution on the host in the bhyve userspace process, which typically runs as root. Note that bhyve runs in a Capsicum sandbox, so malicious code is constrained by the capabilities available to the bhyve process. |
| Out-of-bounds array write in Xpdf 4.05 and earlier, triggered by an invalid VerticesPerRow value in a PDF shading dictionary. |
| Improper input validation in AMD Graphics Driver could allow a local attacker to write out of bounds, potentially resulting in loss of integrity or denial of service. |
| SAP Web Dispatcher, Internet Communication Manager (ICM), and SAP Content Server allow an unauthenticated user to exploit logical errors that lead to a memory corruption vulnerability. This results in high impact on the availability with no impact on confidentiality or integrity of the application. |
| The drivers in the tool packages use RTL_QUERY_REGISTRY_DIRECT flag to read a registry value to which an untrusted user-mode application may be able to cause a buffer overflow. |
| Improper input validation in AMD Graphics Driver could allow an attacker to supply a specially crafted pointer, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution. |
| Fuji Electric Smart Editor is vulnerable to an out-of-bounds write, which may allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code. |
| Out-of-bounds write in Intel(R) Media SDK all versions and some Intel(R) oneVPL software before version 23.3.5 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| MicroDicom
DICOM Viewer suffers from an out-of-bounds write vulnerability. Remote attackers are able to exploit this issue to potentially execute arbitrary code on affected installations of DICOM Viewer. User interaction is required to exploit the vulnerability in that the user must either visit a malicious website or open a malicious DICOM file locally. |
