CVSS v3.1 |
The Custom Product Tabs Lite for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.0 via deserialization of untrusted input from the 'frs_woo_product_tabs' parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Shop Manager-level access and above, to inject a PHP Object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it could allow the attacker to delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code.
A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in Byzoro Smart S80 Management Platform up to 20240411. Affected is an unknown function of the file /importhtml.php. The manipulation of the argument sql leads to deserialization. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. VDB-261666 is the identifier assigned to this vulnerability. NOTE: The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A vulnerability in Crater Invoice allows an unauthenticated attacker with knowledge of the APP_KEY to achieve remote command execution on the server by manipulating the laravel_session cookie, exploiting arbitrary deserialization through the encrypted session data. The exploitation vector of this vulnerability relies on an attacker obtaining Laravel's secret APP_KEY, which would allow them to decrypt and manipulate session cookies (laravel_session) containing serialized data. By altering this data and re-encrypting it with the APP_KEY, the attacker could trigger arbitrary deserialization on the server, potentially leading to remote command execution (RCE). The vulnerability is primarily exploited by accessing an exposed cookie and manipulating it using the secret key to gain malicious access to the server.
A flaw has been found in SEAT Queue Ticket Kiosk up to 20250827. This affects an unknown part of the component Java RMI Registry Handler. This manipulation causes deserialization. The attack can only be done within the local network. The attack is considered to have high complexity. It is indicated that the exploitability is difficult. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
The The Next theme for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.0 via deserialization of untrusted input from the wpeden_post_meta post meta value. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject a PHP Object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it could allow the attacker to delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code.
Deseriliazation of untrusted data can occur in versions 3.7.0 or newer of Ydata's ydata-profiling open-source library, enabling a maliciously crafted dataset to run arbitrary code on an end user's system when loaded.
| CWE-502: Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability exists that could allow code to be
remotely executed on the server when unsafely deserialized data is posted to the web server. |
A vulnerability was detected in pmTicket Project-Management-Software up to 2ef379da2075f4761a2c9029cf91d073474e7486. The affected element is the function loadLanguage of the file classes/class.database.php of the component Cookie Handler. Performing manipulation of the argument user_id results in deserialization. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. Continious delivery with rolling releases is used by this product. Therefore, no version details of affected nor updated releases are available. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in lty628 Aidigu up to 1.8.2. This affects the function checkUserCookie of the file /application/common.php of the component PHP Object Handler. The manipulation of the argument rememberMe leads to deserialization. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
sagemaker-python-sdk is a library for training and deploying machine learning models on Amazon SageMaker. The sagemaker.base_deserializers.NumpyDeserializer module before v2.218.0 allows potentially unsafe deserialization when untrusted data is passed as pickled object arrays. This consequently may allow an unprivileged third party to cause remote code execution, denial of service, affecting both confidentiality and integrity. Users are advised to upgrade to version 2.218.0. Users unable to upgrade should not pass pickled numpy object arrays which originated from an untrusted source, or that could have been tampered with. Only pass pickled numpy object arrays from trusted sources.
Deserialization of untrusted data can occur in versions 3.7.0 or newer of Ydata's ydata-profiling open-source library, enabling a malicously crafted report to run arbitrary code on an end user's system when loaded.
The education theme for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.10 via deserialization of untrusted input in the 'themerex_callback_view_more_posts' function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a PHP Object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software, which means this vulnerability has no impact unless another plugin or theme containing a POP chain is installed on the site. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it may allow the attacker to perform actions like delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code depending on the POP chain present.
The WooCommerce Recover Abandoned Cart plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 24.4.0 via deserialization of untrusted input from the 'raccookie_guest_email' cookie.
A vulnerability was found in ORIPA up to 1.72. It has been declared as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file src/main/java/oripa/persistence/doc/loader/LoaderXML.java. The manipulation leads to deserialization. The attack can be launched remotely. Upgrading to version 1.80 is able to address this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. The identifier VDB-270169 was assigned to this vulnerability.

skops is a Python library which helps users share and ship their scikit-learn based models. In versions 0.12.0 and below, the Card.get_model does not contain any logic to prevent arbitrary code execution. The Card.get_model function supports both joblib and skops for model loading. When loading .skops models, it uses skops' secure loading with trusted type validation, raising errors for untrusted types unless explicitly allowed. However, when non-.zip file formats are provided, the function silently falls back to joblib without warning. Unlike skops, joblib allows arbitrary code execution during loading, bypassing security measures and potentially enabling malicious code execution. This issue is fixed in version 0.13.0.
