CVSS v3.1 |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is vulnerable to a local privilege escalation in the cp_wrapper component. A low-privileged local user could exploit this vulnerability to gain root privileges and access or modify sensitive system files. |
| In NTFS-3G before 2026.7.7, a heap buffer overflow exists in ntfs_index_walk_down() in libntfs-3g/index.c that allows an attacker to corrupt heap memory in the SUID-root ntfs-3g binary by crafting a malicious NTFS image. The overflow is triggered by reading the special crafted file metadata. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.1 and 12.2.2 are vulnerable to missing authentication in the edge-controller component. An unauthenticated remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary container images and gain control of managed edge clusters. |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in an expression language statement ('Expression Language Injection') vulnerability in Apache Struts. If the application is configured to use the legacy RESTful action mapper, a crafted request can inject an OGNL expression that may lead to remote code execution. Struts 7 is affected only when the OGNL allowlist is disabled; it is enabled by default. Applications using the default action mapper, the restful2 mapper, or the Struts REST plugin are not affected.
This issue affects Apache Struts: from 2.0.0 through 2.3.37, from 2.5.0 through 2.5.33, from 6.0.0 through 6.11.0, from 7.0.0 through 7.3.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.12.0 or 7.4.0, which fixes the issue. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is vulnerable to path traversal in the GIM file-upload functionality. An unauthenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability to write arbitrary files to the Collector. |
| IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 could allow a remote attacker to cause a denial of service due to a heap-based buffer overflow. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2.2 is affected by a denial-of-service vulnerability in the edge-controller. An unauthenticated remote attacker with network access to the edge-controller gRPC service can provide malformed task data that triggers an unchecked type assertion, causing the edge-controller process to terminate unexpectedly. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: stmmac: fix dma mapping leak in stmmac_tso_xmit()
In stmmac_tso_xmit(), if the DMA mapping of an skb fragment fails, the
frame is dropped but the DMA mappings already created for the linear
part and for the fragments mapped before the failure are never
unmapped, leaking DMA mappings.
Fix the leak by walking back over the descriptors used by the frame and
releasing each of them with stmmac_free_tx_buffer(). Moreover, release
the descriptors with stmmac_release_tx_desc() unmapping the DMA buffers. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.0, 12.1, 12.2 is affected by an improper validation of user-supplied pointers in the WfpMonitor kernel driver. Certain METHOD_NEITHER IOCTL handlers dereference user-controlled pointers without adequate probing and exception handling, potentially allowing a privileged local attacker to cause a system crash or perform limited kernel-memory reads. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf: don't downgrade half-dead scalar zero spills to STACK_ZERO
states.c:__clean_func_state() can downgrade scalar zero spill to
STACK_ZERO in the following case:
*(u64 *)(r10 - 8) = 0;
... checkpoint ...
r1 = *(u32 *)(r10 - 4);
... no reads from r10-8 ...
Here 4 bytes at r10-8 are dead and verifier changes scalar spill to a
combination: 0000pppp (p stands for poison). Such a change breaks
precision propagation chains. All places that produce STACK_ZERO
should call bpf_mark_chain_precision() for the zero source.
This patch fixes the bug in a simplest way possible:
avoids converting stack spills of zero to STACK_ZERO.
Two smarter approaches are possible:
- do bpf_mark_chain_precision() from __clean_func_state()
- check slot liveness information in check_stack_write_fixed_off()
I investigated both and the changes required are a bit tricky,
hence go with a simple fix for the time being. |
| A command injection vulnerability in the REST API management interface of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 10.0.1 allows an authenticated user to execute arbitrary system commands via crafted input parameters. |
| NXP MQX Classic before 5.0 contains an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the RTCS UDP recvfrom() implementation. Improper enforcement of the application-supplied receive buffer length may allow a crafted UDP packet to overflow the destination buffer, resulting in memory corruption, or denial of service. |
| An OS command injection vulnerability exists in the PAM (Pluggable Authentication Module) session cleanup routines during SSH session termination on Brocade Fabric OS versions before 9.2.2d and 10.0.0 through 10.0.0a1. An authenticated user authenticating via an external directory or AAA service whose username or profile identifier contains shell metacharacters can trigger arbitrary command execution with root privileges when their remote SSH session closes. |
| Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in WPMU DEV Forminator forminator allows Cross Site Request Forgery. This issue affects Forminator: from n/a through 1.57.3. |
| An incomplete list of disallowed inputs in Amazon Agent Plugins for AWS databases-on-aws plugin before 1.7.1 might allow a remote unauthenticated actor to execute arbitrary operating system commands on the host running the helper via a crafted database command value introduced in the agent context.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to databases-on-aws plugin version 1.7.1 or later and verify that the updated plugin is active in each environment where it is used. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net/iucv: fix locking in .getsockopt
Mirror iucv_sock_setsockopt() and wrap the whole switch in
lock_sock()/release_sock(). The pre-existing SO_MSGLIMIT-only lock
becomes redundant and is removed.
Any AF_IUCV HIPER user can potentially crash the kernel by racing
recvmsg() with getsockopt(SO_MSGSIZE): the SO_MSGSIZE arm dereferences
iucv->hs_dev->mtu after iucv_sock_close() (called from the racing
recvmsg()) has set hs_dev to NULL, producing a NULL pointer dereference
oops. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
scsi: core: Run queues for all non-SDEV_DEL devices from scsi_run_host_queues
While a SCSI host is in a recovery state, scsi_mq_requeue_cmd() will not
set the requeue list for a requeued command to be kicked in the future.
The expectation is a call to scsi_run_host_queues() will kick all SCSI
devices once the recovery state is cleared.
However, scsi_run_host_queues() uses shost_for_each_device() which uses
scsi_device_get() and so will ignore devices in a partially removed
state like SDEV_CANCEL. But these devices may also have requeued
requests, leaving their requests stuck from not being kicked and causing
the removal process of the device to hang.
scsi_run_host_queues() needs to run against more devices than the macro
shost_for_each_device() allows. Instead of using the too limiting
scsi_device_get() state checks, only ignore devices in SDEV_DEL state or
when unable to acquire a reference. Attempt to run the queues for all
other devices when scsi_run_host_queues() is called. |
| Missing authorization in FullScreen in Google Chrome prior to 155.0.8059.39 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process and leveraged social engineering to bypass system access restrictions via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) |
| An authorization flaw in Zimbra Collaboration Suite’s GrantRightsRequest allows an attacker with access to an authenticated account to grant another local account the loginAs right, creating persistent mailbox access and mail-sending authority that survives password changes and session expiry. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ntfs: leave HasEA flag untouched on setxattr failure
In ntfs_set_ea(), the exit path unconditionally updates the HasEA
flag based on ea_info_qsize. When an error occurs before
ea_info_qsize is updated, NInoClearHasEA() hides existing on-disk
EAs until the inode is evicted.
Only update the flag on success. |
