| Ella Core is a 5G core designed for private networks. Prior to 1.5.1, Ella Core panics when processing a PathSwitchRequest containing UE Security Capabilities with zero-length NR encryption or integrity protection algorithm bitstrings, resulting in a denial of service. An attacker able to send crafted NGAP messages to Ella Core can crash the process, causing service disruption for all connected subscribers. No authentication is required. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.5.1. |

| Locutus brings stdlibs of other programming languages to JavaScript for educational purposes. Prior to 3.0.14, the create_function(args, code) function passes both parameters directly to the Function constructor without any sanitization, allowing arbitrary code execution. This is distinct from CVE-2026-29091 which was call_user_func_array using eval() in v2.x. This finding affects create_function using new Function() in v3.x. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.0.14. |

From 0.13.0 to before 0.13.9, a specially crafted WindowUpdate can cause arithmetic overflow in send-window accounting, which triggers a panic in the connection state machine. | Malicious configuration can lead to unauthorized file access in Apache Livy.
This issue affects Apache Livy 0.7.0 and 0.8.0 when connecting to Apache Spark 3.1 or later.
A request that includes a Spark configuration value supported from Apache Spark version 3.1 can lead to users gaining access to files they do not have permissions to.
For the vulnerability to be exploitable, the user needs to have access to Apache Livy's REST or JDBC interface and be able to send requests with arbitrary Spark configuration values.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.9.0 or later, which fixes the issue. |

This issue affects Apache Livy: from 0.3.0 before 0.9.0.
The vulnerability can only be exploited with non-default Apache Livy Server settings. If the configuration value "livy.file.local-dir-whitelist" is set to a non-default value, the directory checking can be bypassed.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.9.0, which fixes the issue. |
