CVE-2022-42889 4 Apache, Juniper, Netapp and 1 more 21 Commons Text, Jsa1500, Jsa3500 and 18 more 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
Apache Commons Text performs variable interpolation, allowing properties to be dynamically evaluated and expanded. The standard format for interpolation is "${prefix:name}", where "prefix" is used to locate an instance of org.apache.commons.text.lookup.StringLookup that performs the interpolation. Starting with version 1.5 and continuing through 1.9, the set of default Lookup instances included interpolators that could result in arbitrary code execution or contact with remote servers. These lookups are: - "script" - execute expressions using the JVM script execution engine (javax.script) - "dns" - resolve dns records - "url" - load values from urls, including from remote servers Applications using the interpolation defaults in the affected versions may be vulnerable to remote code execution or unintentional contact with remote servers if untrusted configuration values are used. Users are recommended to upgrade to Apache Commons Text 1.10.0, which disables the problematic interpolators by default.
CVE-2022-42004 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more 20 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Oncommand Workflow Automation and 17 more 2024-11-21 7.5 High
In FasterXML jackson-databind before 2.13.4, resource exhaustion can occur because of a lack of a check in BeanDeserializer._deserializeFromArray to prevent use of deeply nested arrays. An application is vulnerable only with certain customized choices for deserialization.
CVE-2022-42003 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more 23 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Oncommand Workflow Automation and 20 more 2024-11-21 7.5 High
In FasterXML jackson-databind before versions 2.13.4.1 and 2.12.17.1, resource exhaustion can occur because of a lack of a check in primitive value deserializers to avoid deep wrapper array nesting, when the UNWRAP_SINGLE_VALUE_ARRAYS feature is enabled.
CVE-2022-41854 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Snakeyaml Project 13 Fedora, Amq Clients, Camel Spring Boot and 10 more 2024-11-21 5.8 Medium
Those using Snakeyaml to parse untrusted YAML files may be vulnerable to Denial of Service attacks (DOS). If the parser is running on user supplied input, an attacker may supply content that causes the parser to crash by stack overflow. This effect may support a denial of service attack.

Using snakeYAML to parse untrusted YAML files may be vulnerable to Denial of Service attacks (DOS). If the parser is running on user supplied input, an attacker may supply content that causes the parser to crash by stackoverflow.
CVE-2022-38749 3 Debian, Redhat, Snakeyaml Project 11 Debian Linux, Amq Broker, Amq Clients and 8 more 2024-11-21 6.5 Medium
Using snakeYAML to parse untrusted YAML files may be vulnerable to Denial of Service attacks (DOS). If the parser is running on user supplied input, an attacker may supply content that causes the parser to crash by stackoverflow.
CVE-2022-35278 3 Apache, Netapp, Redhat 4 Activemq Artemis, Active Iq Unified Manager, Oncommand Workflow Automation and 1 more 2024-11-21 6.1 Medium
In Apache ActiveMQ Artemis prior to 2.24.0, an attacker could show malicious content and/or redirect users to a malicious URL in the web console by using HTML in the name of an address or queue.
CVE-2022-33980 4 Apache, Debian, Netapp and 1 more 6 Commons Configuration, Debian Linux, Snapcenter and 3 more 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
Apache Commons Configuration performs variable interpolation, allowing properties to be dynamically evaluated and expanded. The standard format for interpolation is "${prefix:name}", where "prefix" is used to locate an instance of org.apache.commons.configuration2.interpol.Lookup that performs the interpolation. Starting with version 2.4 and continuing through 2.7, the set of default Lookup instances included interpolators that could result in arbitrary code execution or contact with remote servers. Users are recommended to upgrade to Apache Commons Configuration 2.8.0, which disables the problematic interpolators by default.
CVE-2022-2191 2 Eclipse, Redhat 2 Jetty, Amq Streams 2024-11-21 7.5 High
In Eclipse Jetty versions 10.0.0 thru 10.0.9, and 11.0.0 thru 11.0.9 versions, SslConnection does not release ByteBuffers from configured ByteBufferPool in case of error code paths.
CVE-2022-2048 5 Debian, Eclipse, Jenkins and 2 more 12 Debian Linux, Jetty, Jenkins and 9 more 2024-11-21 7.5 High
In Eclipse Jetty HTTP/2 server implementation, when encountering an invalid HTTP/2 request, the error handling has a bug that can wind up not properly cleaning up the active connections and associated resources. This can lead to a Denial of Service scenario where there are no enough resources left to process good requests.
CVE-2022-2047 4 Debian, Eclipse, Netapp and 1 more 9 Debian Linux, Jetty, Element Plug-in For Vcenter Server and 6 more 2024-11-21 2.7 Low
In Eclipse Jetty versions 9.4.0 thru 9.4.46, and 10.0.0 thru 10.0.9, and 11.0.0 thru 11.0.9 versions, the parsing of the authority segment of an http scheme URI, the Jetty HttpURI class improperly detects an invalid input as a hostname. This can lead to failures in a Proxy scenario.
CVE-2022-25857 3 Debian, Redhat, Snakeyaml Project 18 Debian Linux, Amq Broker, Amq Clients and 15 more 2024-11-21 7.5 High

CVE-2022-23307 4 Apache, Oracle, Qos and 1 more 44 Chainsaw, Log4j, Advanced Supply Chain Planning and 41 more 2024-11-21 8.8 High
CVE-2020-9493 identified a deserialization issue that was present in Apache Chainsaw. Prior to Chainsaw V2.0 Chainsaw was a component of Apache Log4j 1.2.x where the same issue exists.
CVE-2022-23305 6 Apache, Broadcom, Netapp and 3 more 46 Log4j, Brocade Sannav, Snapmanager and 43 more 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
By design, the JDBCAppender in Log4j 1.2.x accepts an SQL statement as a configuration parameter where the values to be inserted are converters from PatternLayout. The message converter, %m, is likely to always be included. This allows attackers to manipulate the SQL by entering crafted strings into input fields or headers of an application that are logged allowing unintended SQL queries to be executed. Note this issue only affects Log4j 1.x when specifically configured to use the JDBCAppender, which is not the default. Beginning in version 2.0-beta8, the JDBCAppender was re-introduced with proper support for parameterized SQL queries and further customization over the columns written to in logs. Apache Log4j 1.2 reached end of life in August 2015. Users should upgrade to Log4j 2 as it addresses numerous other issues from the previous versions.
