CVSS v3.1 |
| Incorrect default permissions in some Intel(R) ISH software installers may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| The WP Private Content Plus through 3.6.2 provides a global content protection feature that requires a password. However, the access control check is based only on the presence of an unprotected client-side cookie. As a result, an unauthenticated attacker can completely bypass the password protection by manually setting the cookie value in their browser. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
f2fs: compress: fix to call f2fs_wait_on_page_writeback() in f2fs_write_raw_pages()
BUG_ON() will be triggered when writing files concurrently,
because the same page is writtenback multiple times.

Below is the concurrency scenario:
[Process A] [Process B] [Process C]
f2fs_write_raw_pages()
- redirty_page_for_writepage()
- unlock page()
f2fs_do_write_data_page()
- lock_page()
- clear_page_dirty_for_io()
- set_page_writeback() [1st writeback]
.....
- unlock page()
generic_perform_write()
- f2fs_write_begin()
- wait_for_stable_page()
- f2fs_write_end()
- set_page_dirty()
- lock_page()
- f2fs_do_write_data_page()
- set_page_writeback() [2st writeback]
This problem was introduced by the previous commit 7377e853967b ("f2fs:
compress: fix potential deadlock of compress file"). All pagelocks were
released in f2fs_write_raw_pages(), but whether the page was
in the writeback state was ignored in the subsequent writing process.
Let's fix it by waiting for the page to writeback before writing. |
| Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Wasiliy Strecker / ContestGallery developer Contest Gallery contest-gallery allows Cross Site Request Forgery.This issue affects Contest Gallery: from n/a through <= 28.0.0. |
| MCUboot is a secure bootloader for 32-bits microcontrollers. MCUboot uses a TLV (tag-length-value) structure to represent the meta data associated with an image. The TLVs themselves are divided into two sections, a protected and an unprotected section. The protected TLV entries are included as part of the image signature to avoid tampering. However, the code does not distinguish which TLV entries should be protected or not, so it is possible for an attacker to add unprotected TLV entries that should be protected. Currently, the primary protected TLV entries should be the dependency indication, and the boot record. An injected dependency value would primarily result in an otherwise acceptable image being rejected. A boot record injection could allow fields in a later attestation record to include data not intended, which could cause an image to appear to have properties that it should not have. As a workaround, disable the boot record functionality. |
| The Leica Web Viewer within the Aperio Eslide Manager Application is vulnerable to reflected cross-site scripting (XSS). An authenticated user can access the slides within a project and injecting malicious JavaScript into the "memo" field. The memo field has a hover over action that will display a Microsoft Tool Tip which a user can use to quickly view the memo associated with the slide and execute the JavaScript. |
| Zabbix Agent 2 smartctl plugin does not properly sanitize smart.disk.get parameters, allowing an attacker to inject unexpected arguments into the smartctl command. In Zabbix 5.0 this allows for remote code execution. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in icc0rz H5P h5p allows Stored XSS.This issue affects H5P: from n/a through <= 1.16.0. |
| An issue in wanEditor v4.7.11 and fixed in v.4.7.12 and v.5 was discovered to contain a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability via the image upload function. |
| Missing Authorization vulnerability in QuantumCloud ChatBot chatbot allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels.This issue affects ChatBot: from n/a through <= 7.7.3. |
| wanEditor v4.7.11 was discovered to contain a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability via the video upload function. |
| gitoxide is a pure Rust implementation of Git. `gix-transport` does not check the username part of a URL for text that the external `ssh` program would interpret as an option. A specially crafted clone URL can smuggle options to SSH. The possibilities are syntactically limited, but if a malicious clone URL is used by an application whose current working directory contains a malicious file, arbitrary code execution occurs. This is related to the patched vulnerability GHSA-rrjw-j4m2-mf34, but appears less severe due to a greater attack complexity. This issue has been patched in versions 0.35.0, 0.42.0 and 0.62.0. |
| Missing Authorization vulnerability in rsocial Revive Old Posts tweet-old-post allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels.This issue affects Revive Old Posts: from n/a through <= 9.3.3. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ext4: fix BUG in ext4_mb_new_inode_pa() due to overflow
When we calculate the end position of ext4_free_extent, this position may
be exactly where ext4_lblk_t (i.e. uint) overflows. For example, if
ac_g_ex.fe_logical is 4294965248 and ac_orig_goal_len is 2048, then the
computed end is 0x100000000, which is 0. If ac->ac_o_ex.fe_logical is not
the first case of adjusting the best extent, that is, new_bex_end > 0, the
following BUG_ON will be triggered:

A simple reproducer demonstrating the problem:
mkfs.ext4 -F /dev/sda -b 4096 100M
mount /dev/sda /tmp/test
fallocate -l1M /tmp/test/tmp
fallocate -l10M /tmp/test/file
fallocate -i -o 1M -l16777203M /tmp/test/file
fsstress -d /tmp/test -l 0 -n 100000 -p 8 &
sleep 10 && killall -9 fsstress
rm -f /tmp/test/tmp
xfs_io -c "open -ad /tmp/test/file" -c "pwrite -S 0xff 0 8192"
We simply refactor the logic for adjusting the best extent by adding
a temporary ext4_free_extent ex and use extent_logical_end() to avoid
overflow, which also simplifies the code. |

wifi: rtw88: use work to update rate to avoid RCU warning

ieee80211_chan_bw_change() holds rcu_read lock while calling
drv_sta_rc_update(), so create a work to do original things.
