CVSS v3.1 |
IBM Security Verify Access 10.0 through 10.0.9.2 and IBM Verify Identity Access 11.0 through 11.0.3 could allow a remote unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system due to the deserialization of untrusted data.
heap OOB write in convert_file_from_to() via a crafted Content-Type header allows attacker to OOB write when email is used as a template.
IBM Security Verify Access 10.0 through 10.0.9.2 and IBM Verify Identity Access 11.0 through 11.0.3 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to bypass additional authentication workflow steps.
A flaw was found in Samba. A remote attacker can exploit a misconfiguration in Samba file servers and classic domain controllers that use the "check password script" feature. If this script is configured with the %u substitution character, the client-controlled username is passed without proper escaping of shell meta-characters. This vulnerability allows an attacker to achieve remote command execution on the affected system. This issue primarily affects non-standard configurations where the "check password script" is used with %u and the samba-dcerpcd service is started as a system service.
IBM Security Verify Access 10.0 through 10.0.9.2 and IBM Verify Identity Access 11.0 through 11.0.3 could allow a denial of service due to a heap-based out-of-bounds read. A remote attacker could send a specially crafted request that causes a limited out‑of‑bounds memory read.
IBM Security Verify Access 10.0 through 10.0.9.2 and IBM Verify Identity Access 11.0 through 11.0.3 local management interface in certain configurations is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows an authenticated user to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session.
IBM Security Verify Access 10.0 through 10.0.9.2 and IBM Verify Identity Access 11.0 through 11.0.3 could allow an attacker with administrative privileges and access to the local management interface to execute arbitrary code due to an unbounded write to a fixed-size stack buffer.
amqp091-go is a Go AMQP 0.9.1 client. From 1.13.0 until 1.14.0, the frame-size mitigation from the prior allocation advisory can be bypassed before connection.tune completes because Connection.maxFrameSize uses zero for both the not-yet-negotiated and negotiated-unlimited states. A malicious or compromised AMQP peer can send a short body-frame header with a large declared payload length, causing ReadFrame and the body-frame parser to allocate attacker-selected memory before the payload is received or the frame's protocol state is rejected. The condition is reachable through public Open even when Config.FrameSize is set to the protocol minimum and can cause severe memory pressure, out-of-memory termination, or loss of the client process before authentication completes. This issue is fixed in version 1.14.0.
The BSON encoder in the MongoDB PHP Driver converts a string length to a 32-bit value without validation. When an affected application encodes a string near 4 GiB, the allocation size can wrap while the copy operation uses the original length. The resulting heap buffer overflow can corrupt process memory or terminate the PHP process. Reaching this issue requires a non-default runtime configuration that permits multi-gigabyte values. No MongoDB server interaction is required.
The BSON encoder in the MongoDB PHP Driver does not check some return values after a document exceeds libbson's size limit. This can leave the encoder in an invalid state. An unauthenticated actor who can cause an affected application to encode an unusually large data structure can terminate the PHP worker or cause the resulting document to omit fields. No MongoDB server connection or database authentication is required.
An incorrect calculation in Decimal128 string parsing in the MongoDB C Driver can accept certain over-precision inputs containing leading zeros instead of rejecting them. This produces a value different from the supplied text. An actor who can provide a decimal string to an embedding application, including through Extended JSON parsing, can cause the application to store or use an incorrect numeric value.
Docker Sandboxes compared OAuth token-endpoint hostnames case-sensitively when deciding whether to mask managed credential responses, while request routing treated DNS hostnames case-insensitively. Untrusted code inside a sandbox could use a case-variant hostname to reach the genuine provider endpoint while bypassing response masking. If a user completed the OAuth flow, the provider's access and refresh tokens could be returned unmasked to the sandbox, exposing host-managed credentials.
music-metadata is a metadata parser for audio and video media files. Prior to 11.16.0, the ID3v2 parser trusts the syncsafe tag-size field and allocates the complete tag body before checking whether the input contains the declared bytes. A truncated file containing only an ID3v2 header can request an allocation approaching 268 MiB; the allocation succeeds, the subsequent read reaches end of stream, the EndOfStreamError is caught internally, and the caller receives a normal metadata object. This issue is fixed in version 11.16.0.
Improper validation of a BSON array length in the MongoDB Go Driver can cause an out-of-bounds index and runtime panic when an application calls bson.RawArray.Validate or bsoncore.Array.Validate on a malformed four-byte array. An unauthenticated actor who can supply raw BSON array data to an affected application may terminate an unprotected application process, causing a denial of service. No confidentiality or integrity impact has been identified.
music-metadata is a metadata parser for audio and video media files. Prior to 11.16.0, the MP4 parser accepts an attacker-controlled 64-bit extended atom size, converts it to a JavaScript Number, and uses the resulting payload length for atom-specific readToken calls before proving that the atom fits within its parent or the available input. A tiny MP4-family file can route an oversized length into payload parsing for atoms including mvhd, stsd, stsz, and date, causing a large allocation attempt or process failure before end-of-input validation. Applications that parse untrusted MP4-family media can therefore be denied service. This issue is fixed in version 11.16.0.
A flaw was found in Samba’s certificate auto-enrollment Group Policy handling. When certificate auto-enrollment is enabled, Samba may retrieve a CA certificate over an unencrypted HTTP connection and install it into the local trust store without proper verification. An attacker with the ability to intercept or redirect network traffic could exploit this behavior to supply a malicious certificate authority certificate, potentially allowing interception or spoofing of trusted communications.
A vulnerability was found in libxml2. Processing certain sch:name elements from the input XML file can trigger a memory corruption issue. This flaw allows an attacker to craft a malicious XML input file that can lead libxml to crash, resulting in a denial of service or other possible undefined behavior due to sensitive data being corrupted in memory.
A use-after-free vulnerability was found in libxml2. This issue occurs when parsing XPath elements under certain circumstances when the XML schematron has the <sch:name path="..."/> schema elements. This flaw allows a malicious actor to craft a malicious XML document used as input for libxml, resulting in the program's crash using libxml or other possible undefined behaviors.
| There's a vulnerability in podman where an attacker may use the kube play command to overwrite host files when the kube file container a Secrete or a ConfigMap volume mount and such volume contains a symbolic link to a host file path. In a successful attack, the attacker can only control the target file to be overwritten but not the content to be written into the file.
Binary-Affected: podman

ImageMagick before 6.9.13-56 and 7.x before 7.1.2-31 contains an invalid memory free vulnerability in the MVG decoder. Attackers can supply a crafted MVG image for processing to trigger the invalid free and crash the application, causing a denial of service.
