CVSS v3.1 |
| uv is a Python package and project manager written in Rust. In versions 0.8.5 and earlier, remote ZIP archives were handled in a streamwise fashion, and file entries were not reconciled against the archive's central directory. An attacker could contrive a ZIP archive that would extract with legitimate contents on some package installers, and malicious contents on others due to multiple local file entries. An attacker could also contrive a "stacked" ZIP input with multiple internal ZIPs, which would be handled differently by different package installers. The attacker could choose which installer to target in both scenarios. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.6. To work around this issue, users may choose to set UV_INSECURE_NO_ZIP_VALIDATION=1 to revert to the previous behavior. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
jfs: Verify inode mode when loading from disk
The inode mode loaded from corrupted disk can be invalid. Do like what
commit 0a9e74051313 ("isofs: Verify inode mode when loading from disk")
does. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ntfs3: pretend $Extend records as regular files
Since commit af153bb63a33 ("vfs: catch invalid modes in may_open()")
requires any inode be one of S_IFDIR/S_IFLNK/S_IFREG/S_IFCHR/S_IFBLK/
S_IFIFO/S_IFSOCK type, use S_IFREG for $Extend records. |
| Cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in MZK-DP300N firmware versions 1.05 and earlier. If an attacker logs in to the affected product and manipulates the device settings, an arbitrary script may be executed on the logged-in user's web browser when accessing a crafted URL. |
| Node-SAML is a SAML library not dependent on any frameworks that runs in Node. In versions 5.0.1 and below, Node-SAML loads the assertion from the (unsigned) original response document. This is different than the parts that are verified when checking signature. This allows an attacker to modify authentication details within a valid SAML assertion. For example, in one attack it is possible to remove any character from the SAML assertion username. This issue is fixed in version 5.1.0. |
| A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in Multilaser Sirius RE016 MLT1.0. Affected is an unknown function of the file /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi of the component Password Change Handler. The manipulation leads to improper authentication. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf: Sync pending IRQ work before freeing ring buffer
Fix a race where irq_work can be queued in bpf_ringbuf_commit()
but the ring buffer is freed before the work executes.
In the syzbot reproducer, a BPF program attached to sched_switch
triggers bpf_ringbuf_commit(), queuing an irq_work. If the ring buffer
is freed before this work executes, the irq_work thread may accesses
freed memory.
Calling `irq_work_sync(&rb->work)` ensures that all pending irq_work
complete before freeing the buffer. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
sctp: Prevent TOCTOU out-of-bounds write
For the following path not holding the sock lock,
sctp_diag_dump() -> sctp_for_each_endpoint() -> sctp_ep_dump()
make sure not to exceed bounds in case the address list has grown
between buffer allocation (time-of-check) and write (time-of-use). |
| BBOT's gitlab module could be abused to disclose a GitLab API key to an attacker controlled server with a malicious formatted git URL. |
| Authentication Bypass Using an Alternate Path or Channel vulnerability in RiceTheme Felan Framework felan-framework allows Authentication Abuse. This issue affects Felan Framework: from n/a through <= 1.1.3. |
| A path traversal vulnerability in all versions of the Qodo Qodo Gen IDE enables a threat actor to read arbitrary local files in and outside of current projects on an end user’s system. The vulnerability can be reached directly and through indirect prompt injection. |
| Xerox Desktop Print Experience application contains a Local Privilege Escalation (LPE) vulnerability, which allows a low-privileged user to gain SYSTEM-level access. |
| The Kademlia DHT (go-libp2p-kad-dht 0.20.0 and earlier) used in IPFS (0.18.1 and earlier) assigns routing information for content (i.e., information about who holds the content) to be stored by peers whose peer IDs have a small DHT distance from the content ID. This allows an attacker to censor content by generating many Sybil peers whose peer IDs have a small distance from the content ID, thus hijacking the content resolution process. |
| The StrongDM Windows service incorrectly handled communication related to system certificate management. Attackers could exploit this behavior to install untrusted root certificates or remove trusted ones. |
| The StrongDM Windows service incorrectly handled input validation. Authenticated attackers could potentially exploit this leading to privilege escalation. |
| Improper access control for some Intel(R) Graphics software may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via local access. |
| Artery AT32F415CBT7 and AT32F421C8T7 devices have Incorrect Access Control. |
| apko allows users to build and publish OCI container images built from apk packages. Starting in version 0.27.0 and prior to version 0.29.5, critical files were inadvertently set to 0666, which could likely be abused for root escalation. Version 0.29.5 contains a fix for the issue. |
| A Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability exists in the ResetPasswordRequest operation of Zimbra Collaboration (ZCS) when the zimbraFeatureResetPasswordStatus attribute is enabled. An attacker can exploit this by tricking an authenticated user into visiting a malicious webpage that silently sends a crafted SOAP request to reset the user's password. The vulnerability stems from a lack of CSRF token validation on the endpoint, allowing password resets without the user's consent. |
| Weak access control in OpenText PVCS Version Manager allows potential bypassing of authentication and uploading of files. |
