A security issue exists within ArmorStart® LT that can result in a denial-of-service condition. During execution of the Achilles EtherNet/IP and CIP grammar tests, the device reboots unexpectedly, causing the Link State Monitor to go down for several seconds.
The NotificationX plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the 'regenerate' and 'reset' REST API endpoints in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.11. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to reset analytics for any NotificationX campaign, regardless of ownership.
IBM Concert 1.0.0 through 2.1.0 could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information from allocated memory due to improper clearing of heap memory.
Out of bounds memory access in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 144.0.7559.59 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit object corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
Inappropriate implementation in Downloads in Google Chrome on Windows prior to 144.0.7559.59 allowed a remote attacker to bypass dangerous file type protections via a malicious file. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
Incorrect security UI in Digital Credentials in Google Chrome prior to 144.0.7559.59 allowed a remote attacker to perform domain spoofing via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
PrismX MX100 AP controller developed by BROWAN COMMUNICATIONS has an Arbitrary File Upload vulnerability, allowing privileged remote attackers to upload and execute web shell backdoors, thereby enabling arbitrary code execution on the server.
Vulnerability in the Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM for JDK, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition product of Oracle Java SE (component: Security). Supported versions that are affected are Oracle Java SE: 8u471, 8u471-b50, 8u471-perf, 11.0.29, 17.0.17, 21.0.9, 25.0.1; Oracle GraalVM for JDK: 17.0.17 and 21.0.9; Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition: 21.3.16. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM for JDK, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM for JDK, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. Note: This vulnerability applies to Java deployments, typically in clients running sandboxed Java Web Start applications or sandboxed Java applets, that load and run untrusted code (e.g., code that comes from the internet) and rely on the Java sandbox for security. This vulnerability does not apply to Java deployments, typically in servers, that load and run only trusted code (e.g., code installed by an administrator). CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.5 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H).
node-tar,a Tar for Node.js, has a race condition vulnerability in versions up to and including 7.5.3. This is due to an incomplete handling of Unicode path collisions in the `path-reservations` system. On case-insensitive or normalization-insensitive filesystems (such as macOS APFS, In which it has been tested), the library fails to lock colliding paths (e.g., `ß` and `ss`), allowing them to be processed in parallel. This bypasses the library's internal concurrency safeguards and permits Symlink Poisoning attacks via race conditions. The library uses a `PathReservations` system to ensure that metadata checks and file operations for the same path are serialized. This prevents race conditions where one entry might clobber another concurrently. This is a Race Condition which enables Arbitrary File Overwrite. This vulnerability affects users and systems using node-tar on macOS (APFS/HFS+). Because of using `NFD` Unicode normalization (in which `ß` and `ss` are different), conflicting paths do not have their order properly preserved under filesystems that ignore Unicode normalization (e.g., APFS (in which `ß` causes an inode collision with `ss`)). This enables an attacker to circumvent internal parallelization locks (`PathReservations`) using conflicting filenames within a malicious tar archive. The patch in version 7.5.4 updates `path-reservations.js` to use a normalization form that matches the target filesystem's behavior (e.g., `NFKD`), followed by first `toLocaleLowerCase('en')` and then `toLocaleUpperCase('en')`. As a workaround, users who cannot upgrade promptly, and who are programmatically using `node-tar` to extract arbitrary tarball data should filter out all `SymbolicLink` entries (as npm does) to defend against arbitrary file writes via this file system entry name collision issue.
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Utilities Application Framework product of Oracle Utilities Applications (component: General). Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Utilities Application Framework. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle Utilities Application Framework, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Utilities Application Framework accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Utilities Application Framework accessible data.
