CVE-2026-43254 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ovpn: tcp - fix packet extraction from stream When processing TCP stream data in ovpn_tcp_recv, we receive large cloned skbs from __strp_rcv that may contain multiple coalesced packets. The current implementation has two bugs: 1. Header offset overflow: Using pskb_pull with large offsets on coalesced skbs causes skb->data - skb->head to exceed the u16 storage of skb->network_header. This causes skb_reset_network_header to fail on the inner decapsulated packet, resulting in packet drops. 2. Unaligned protocol headers: Extracting packets from arbitrary positions within the coalesced TCP stream provides no alignment guarantees for the packet data causing performance penalties on architectures without efficient unaligned access. Additionally, openvpn's 2-byte length prefix on TCP packets causes the subsequent 4-byte opcode and packet ID fields to be inherently misaligned. Fix both issues by allocating a new skb for each openvpn packet and using skb_copy_bits to extract only the packet content into the new buffer, skipping the 2-byte length prefix. Also, check the length before invoking the function that performs the allocation to avoid creating an invalid skb. If the packet has to be forwarded to userspace the 2-byte prefix can be pushed to the head safely, without misalignment. As a side effect, this approach also avoids the expensive linearization that pskb_pull triggers on cloned skbs with page fragments. In testing, this resulted in TCP throughput improvements of up to 74%.
CVE-2026-43259 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 N/A

CVE-2026-43261 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: Add support for TSV110 Spectre-BHB mitigation The TSV110 processor is vulnerable to the Spectre-BHB (Branch History Buffer) attack, which can be exploited to leak information through branch prediction side channels. This commit adds the MIDR of TSV110 to the list for software mitigation.
CVE-2026-43262 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gfs2: fiemap page fault fix In gfs2_fiemap(), we are calling iomap_fiemap() while holding the inode glock. This can lead to recursive glock taking if the fiemap buffer is memory mapped to the same inode and accessing it triggers a page fault. Fix by disabling page faults for iomap_fiemap() and faulting in the buffer by hand if necessary. Fixes xfstest generic/742.
CVE-2026-43264 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fbdev: of: display_timing: fix refcount leak in of_get_display_timings() of_parse_phandle() returns a device_node with refcount incremented, which is stored in 'entry' and then copied to 'native_mode'. When the error paths at lines 184 or 192 jump to 'entryfail', native_mode's refcount is not decremented, causing a refcount leak. Fix this by changing the goto target from 'entryfail' to 'timingfail', which properly calls of_node_put(native_mode) before cleanup.
CVE-2026-43267 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: rtw89: fix potential zero beacon interval in beacon tracking During fuzz testing, it was discovered that bss_conf->beacon_int might be zero, which could result in a division by zero error in subsequent calculations. Set a default value of 100 TU if the interval is zero to ensure stability.
CVE-2026-43268 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hfsplus: pretend special inodes as regular files Since commit af153bb63a33 ("vfs: catch invalid modes in may_open()") requires any inode be one of S_IFDIR/S_IFLNK/S_IFREG/S_IFCHR/S_IFBLK/ S_IFIFO/S_IFSOCK type, use S_IFREG for special inodes.
CVE-2026-43276 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: mana: Fix double destroy_workqueue on service rescan PCI path While testing corner cases in the driver, a use-after-free crash was found on the service rescan PCI path. When mana_serv_reset() calls mana_gd_suspend(), mana_gd_cleanup() destroys gc->service_wq. If the subsequent mana_gd_resume() fails with -ETIMEDOUT or -EPROTO, the code falls through to mana_serv_rescan() which triggers pci_stop_and_remove_bus_device(). This invokes the PCI .remove callback (mana_gd_remove), which calls mana_gd_cleanup() a second time, attempting to destroy the already- freed workqueue. Fix this by NULL-checking gc->service_wq in mana_gd_cleanup() and setting it to NULL after destruction. CVE-2026-43160 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mfd: macsmc: Initialize mutex Initialize struct apple_smc's mutex in apple_smc_probe(). Using the mutex uninitialized surprisingly resulted only in occasional NULL pointer dereferences in apple_smc_read() calls from the probe() functions of sub devices.
CVE-2026-43182 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: ccs: Avoid possible division by zero Calculating maximum M for scaler configuration involves dividing by MIN_X_OUTPUT_SIZE limit register's value. Albeit the value is presumably non-zero, the driver was missing the check it in fact was. Fix this.
CVE-2026-43186 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv6: ioam: fix heap buffer overflow in __ioam6_fill_trace_data() On the receive path, __ioam6_fill_trace_data() uses trace->nodelen to decide how much data to write for each node. It trusts this field as-is from the incoming packet, with no consistency check against trace->type (the 24-bit field that tells which data items are present). A crafted packet can set nodelen=0 while setting type bits 0-21, causing the function to write ~100 bytes past the allocated region (into skb_shared_info), which corrupts adjacent heap memory and leads to a kernel panic. Add a shared helper ioam6_trace_compute_nodelen() in ioam6.c to derive the expected nodelen from the type field, and use it: - in ioam6_iptunnel.c (send path, existing validation) to replace the open-coded computation; - in exthdrs.c (receive path, ipv6_hop_ioam) to drop packets whose nodelen is inconsistent with the type field, before any data is written. Per RFC 9197, bits 12-21 are each short (4-octet) fields, so they are included in IOAM6_MASK_SHORT_FIELDS (changed from 0xff100000 to 0xff1ffc00).
CVE-2026-23631 1 Redis 1 Redis 2026-05-06 8.1 High
Redis is an in-memory data structure store. In all versions of redis-server with Lua scripting, an authenticated attacker can exploit the master-replica synchronization mechanism to trigger a use-after-free on replicas where replica-read-only is disabled or can be disabled, which may lead to remote code execution. A workaround is to prevent users from executing Lua scripts or avoid using replicas where replica-read-only is disabled. This is patched in version 8.6.3.
CVE-2026-7875 2026-05-06 8.8 High
NanoClaw contains a host/container filesystem boundary vulnerability in outbound attachment handling and outbox cleanup that allows a compromised or prompt-injected container to read files outside the intended outbox directory by supplying crafted messages_out.id and content.files values or creating symlinked outbox files. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to trigger host-side reads of arbitrary files and in some cases achieve recursive deletion of paths outside the intended cleanup target.
CVE-2026-40110 1 Jupyter 1 Jupyter Server 2026-05-06 N/A
Jupyter Server is the backend for Jupyter web applications. In versions 2.17.0 and earlier, the Origin header validation uses Python's re.match() to check incoming origins against the allow_origin_pat configuration value. Because re.match() only anchors at the start of the string and does not require a full match, a pattern intended to match only a trusted domain (e.g., trusted.example.com) will also match any origin that begins with that domain followed by additional characters (e.g., trusted.example.com.evil.com). An attacker who controls such a domain can bypass the CORS origin restriction and make cross-origin requests to the Jupyter Server API from an untrusted site. This issue has been fixed in version 2.18.0.

CVE-2026-43277 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: APEI/GHES: ensure that won't go past CPER allocated record The logic at ghes_new() prevents allocating too large records, by checking if they're bigger than GHES_ESTATUS_MAX_SIZE (currently, 64KB). Yet, the allocation is done with the actual number of pages from the CPER bios table location, which can be smaller. Yet, a bad firmware could send data with a different size, which might be bigger than the allocated memory, causing an OOPS: Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address fff00000f9b40000 Mem abort info: ESR = 0x0000000096000007 EC = 0x25: DABT (current EL), IL = 32 bits SET = 0, FnV = 0 EA = 0, S1PTW = 0 FSC = 0x07: level 3 translation fault Data abort info: ISV = 0, ISS = 0x00000007, ISS2 = 0x00000000 CM = 0, WnR = 0, TnD = 0, TagAccess = 0 GCS = 0, Overlay = 0, DirtyBit = 0, Xs = 0 swapper pgtable: 4k pages, 52-bit VAs, pgdp=000000008ba16000 [fff00000f9b40000] pgd=180000013ffff403, p4d=180000013fffe403, pud=180000013f85b403, pmd=180000013f68d403, pte=0000000000000000 Internal error: Oops: 0000000096000007 [#1] SMP Modules linked in: CPU: 0 UID: 0 PID: 303 Comm: kworker/0:1 Not tainted 6.19.0-rc1-00002-gda407d200220 #34 PREEMPT Hardware name: QEMU QEMU Virtual Machine, BIOS unknown 02/02/2022 Workqueue: kacpi_notify acpi_os_execute_deferred pstate: 214020c5 (nzCv daIF +PAN -UAO -TCO +DIT -SSBS BTYPE=--) pc : hex_dump_to_buffer+0x30c/0x4a0 lr : hex_dump_to_buffer+0x328/0x4a0 sp : ffff800080e13880 x29: ffff800080e13880 x28: ffffac9aba86f6a8 x27: 0000000000000083 x26: fff00000f9b3fffc x25: 0000000000000004 x24: 0000000000000004 x23: ffff800080e13905 x22: 0000000000000010 x21: 0000000000000083 x20: 0000000000000001 x19: 0000000000000008 x18: 0000000000000010 x17: 0000000000000001 x16: 00000007c7f20fec x15: 0000000000000020 x14: 0000000000000008 x13: 0000000000081020 x12: 0000000000000008 x11: ffff800080e13905 x10: ffff800080e13988 x9 : 0000000000000000 x8 : 0000000000000000 x7 : 0000000000000001 x6 : 0000000000000020 x5 : 0000000000000030 x4 : 00000000fffffffe x3 : 0000000000000000 x2 : ffffac9aba78c1c8 x1 : ffffac9aba76d0a8 x0 : 0000000000000008 Call trace: hex_dump_to_buffer+0x30c/0x4a0 (P) print_hex_dump+0xac/0x170 cper_estatus_print_section+0x90c/0x968 cper_estatus_print+0xf0/0x158 __ghes_print_estatus+0xa0/0x148 ghes_proc+0x1bc/0x220 ghes_notify_hed+0x5c/0xb8 notifier_call_chain+0x78/0x148 blocking_notifier_call_chain+0x4c/0x80 acpi_hed_notify+0x28/0x40 acpi_ev_notify_dispatch+0x50/0x80 acpi_os_execute_deferred+0x24/0x48 process_one_work+0x15c/0x3b0 worker_thread+0x2d0/0x400 kthread+0x148/0x228 ret_from_fork+0x10/0x20 Code: 6b14033f 540001ad a94707e2 f100029f (b8747b44) ---[ end trace 0000000000000000 ]--- Prevent that by taking the actual allocated are into account when checking for CPER length.
