Prior to 0.23.0, MCP::Server::Transports::StreamableHTTPTransport in the mcp gem does not validate the HTTP Host or Origin request headers, which allows a malicious browser page to use DNS rebinding to reach a locally running MCP server and invoke exposed tools. This issue is fixed in version 0.23.0.

The Facturación Electrónica Costa Rica plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.2. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the (global scope, included by fvcr_admin_page_html) function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the plugin's configuration, including API tokens, access tokens, economic activity, Hacienda environment mode, invoice and ticket emission flags, exchange rate, and branch settings via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.

webpack-dev-server versions 5.2.5 and earlier expose two internal developer endpoints, /webpack-dev-server/open-editor and /webpack-dev-server/invalidate, that perform state-changing actions on any GET request without verifying that the request originated from the dev server's own page. Any website a developer visits while the dev server is running can trigger these endpoints cross-origin with no interaction beyond the visit. An attacker can open an arbitrary existing local file in the developer's editor, including files outside the project root, and repeated requests can spawn editor processes and force recompilations that degrade the developer's machine. Patches: upgrade to webpack-dev-server 5.2.6. Workarounds: none.

Dancer2::Plugin::Auth::OAuth::Provider versions before 0.23 for Perl do not support the OAuth 2.0 state parameter. The authentication_url method builds the provider authorization redirect without issuing a state value, and the callback method exchanges the callback code and registers the resulting token into the session without verifying that the callback corresponds to an authorization request this session initiated. Any application that uses this plugin for OAuth 2.0 login is exposed to login cross-site request forgery: because the callback is not bound to the session that began the flow, an attacker who starts an authorization with their own provider account can deliver the resulting callback to a victim, causing the victim's session to complete the attacker's authorization and associating the attacker's provider identity and access token with that session. Where the application persists this as an account link, the attacker may retain access to the victim's account through their own provider credentials.

Prior to 0.63.0, datamodel-code-generator validates a URL host once in src/datamodel_code_generator/http.py through get_body, _validate_url_for_fetch, and _get_ips_from_host, but then lets httpx resolve the host again for the connection, allowing DNS rebinding to bypass allow_private_network=False and reach internal services. This issue is fixed in version 0.63.0.

In NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including version 1.25.1, when the validator builds the canonical RDATA form for an RRSIG-covered PX/RP/MINFO/SOA RRset, it computes the address of the second embedded domain name as 'datstart + dname_valid(datstart, ...)' and passes it straight to 'query_dname_tolower()' without checking that a second name is actually present in the RDATA. The wire-format parser accepts multi-dname RRs whose RDATA ends after the first name, so an attacker who runs a DNSSEC-signed authoritative server can deliver a record with an absent second domain name (e.g. SOA record) and cause 'query_dname_tolower()' to walk label-by-label through stale bytes in the per-worker 'env->scratch_buffer', past the end of that heap allocation if 'msg-buffer-size' has been lowered from the default. This leads to heap buffer overflow and on a release build the outcome relies heavily on the contents of the buffer tail and the adjacent heap chunk.
