CVSS v3.1 |
| A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's XFRM ESP-in-TCP subsystem. This vulnerability, known as Fragnesia, allows a local attacker to achieve arbitrary byte writes into the kernel page cache of read-only files. |
| YAML::Syck versions before 1.38 for Perl has an out-of-bounds read.
The base60 (sexagesimal) parsing code in perl_syck.h has a buffer underflow bug in both int#base60 and float#base60 handlers. When processing the leftmost segment of a colon-separated value (e.g., the 1 in 1:30:45), the inner while loop can decrement a pointer past the start of the string buffer:
while ( colon >= ptr && *colon != ':' )
{
colon--;
}
if ( *colon == ':' ) *colon = '\0'; // colon may be ptr-1 here
When no colon is found (final/leftmost segment), colon becomes ptr-1, and the subsequent *colon dereference reads one byte before the allocated buffer. |
| GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 18.3 before 18.9.7, 18.10 before 18.10.6, and 18.11 before 18.11.3 that could have allowed an authenticated user with developer-role permissions to bypass package protection rules due to improper access control. |
| Vim is an open source, command line text editor. Prior to version 9.2.0450, a heap buffer overflow exists in read_compound() in src/spellfile.c when loading a crafted spell file (.spl) with UTF-8 encoding active. An attacker-controlled length field in the spell file's compound section overflows a 32-bit signed integer multiplication, causing a small buffer to be allocated for a write loop that runs many iterations, overflowing the heap. Because the 'spelllang' option can be set from a modeline, a text file modeline can trigger spell file loading if a malicious .spl file has been planted on the runtimepath. This issue has been patched in version 9.2.0450. |
| NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source have a vulnerability in the ngx_http_rewrite_module module. This vulnerability exists when the rewrite directive is followed by a rewrite, if, or set directive and an unnamed Perl-Compatible Regular Expression (PCRE) capture (for example, $1, $2) with a replacement string that includes a question mark (?). An unauthenticated attacker along with conditions beyond its control can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP requests. This may cause a heap buffer overflow in the NGINX worker process leading to a restart. Additionally, for systems with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR ) disabled, code execution is possible. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. |
| After Effects versions 26.0, 25.6.4 and earlier are affected by a Stack-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ntb: ntb_hw_switchtec: Fix shift-out-of-bounds for 0 mw lut
Number of MW LUTs depends on NTB configuration and can be set to zero,
in such scenario rounddown_pow_of_two will cause undefined behaviour and
should not be performed.
This patch ensures that rounddown_pow_of_two is called on valid value. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
erofs: fix interlaced plain identification for encoded extents
Only plain data whose start position and on-disk physical length are
both aligned to the block size should be classified as interlaced
plain extents. Otherwise, it must be treated as shifted plain extents.
This issue was found by syzbot using a crafted compressed image
containing plain extents with unaligned physical lengths, which can
cause OOB read in z_erofs_transform_plain(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: usb: pegasus: enable basic endpoint checking
pegasus_probe() fills URBs with hardcoded endpoint pipes without
verifying the endpoint descriptors:
- usb_rcvbulkpipe(dev, 1) for RX data
- usb_sndbulkpipe(dev, 2) for TX data
- usb_rcvintpipe(dev, 3) for status interrupts
A malformed USB device can present these endpoints with transfer types
that differ from what the driver assumes.
Add a pegasus_usb_ep enum for endpoint numbers, replacing magic
constants throughout. Add usb_check_bulk_endpoints() and
usb_check_int_endpoints() calls before any resource allocation to
verify endpoint types before use, rejecting devices with mismatched
descriptors at probe time, and avoid triggering assertion.
Similar fix to

- commit 9e7021d2aeae ("net: usb: catc: enable basic endpoint checking") |
| Insufficient granularity of access control in Microsoft Office SharePoint allows an authorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| barebox prior to version 2026.04.0 contains out-of-bounds read vulnerabilities in ext4 extent parsing due to missing validation of the eh_entries field against buffer capacity in fs/ext4/ext4_common.c. Attackers can supply a malicious ext4 filesystem image via USB, SD card, or network boot to trigger heap out-of-bounds reads during boot-time filesystem parsing, potentially redirecting reads to arbitrary disk offsets. |
| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-21 and 6.9.13-46, a malicious MIFF file could trigger an overflow when a user opens it in the display tool and right-clicks a tile to invoke the Load / Update menu item. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.1.2-21 and 6.9.13-46. |
| After Effects versions 26.0, 25.6.4 and earlier are affected by a Heap-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
iio: chemical: sps30_i2c: fix buffer size in sps30_i2c_read_meas()
sizeof(num) evaluates to sizeof(size_t) (8 bytes on 64-bit) instead
of the intended __be32 element size (4 bytes). Use sizeof(*meas) to
correctly match the buffer element type. |
| A heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in a Network management service of AOS-8 and AOS-10 that could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to achieve remote code execution. Successful exploitation could allow an unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code as a privileged user on the underlying operating system, potentially leading to a system compromise. Exploitation may also result in a denial-of-service (DoS) condition affecting the impacted system process. |
| A buffer overflow vulnerability in the DNS proxy and DNS Server features of Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS® Software allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition (all PAN-OS platforms except Cloud NGFW and Prisma Access) or potentially execute arbitrary code by sending specially crafted network traffic (PA-Series hardware only).
Panorama, Cloud NGFW, and Prisma® Access are not impacted by this vulnerability. |
| Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.18, improper validation of the JWT NumericDate claims exp, nbf, and iat in hono/utils/jwt allows tokens with non-spec-compliant claim values to silently bypass time-based checks. This issue is not exploitable by an anonymous attacker; it only manifests when a malformed claim value reaches verify() — typically when the application itself issues such tokens, or when the signing key is otherwise under attacker control. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.12.18. |
| Kimai is an open-source time tracking application. From version 2.27.0 to before version 2.54.0, any ROLE_USER can create a tag with a formula string as its name (e.g. =SUM(54+51)) via POST /api/tags and assign it to a timesheet. When an admin exports timesheets to XLSX, ArrayFormatter.formatValue() joins tag names with implode() and returns the result unchanged. OpenSpout promotes any =-prefixed string to a FormulaCell, writing <f>SUM(54+51)</f> into the XLSX archive. Excel evaluates the formula when the file is opened. This issue has been patched in version 2.54.0. |
| NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source have a vulnerability in the ngx_http_charset_module module. When charset, source_charset, and charset_map and proxy_pass with disabled buffering ("off") directives are configured, unauthenticated attackers can send requests that with conditions beyond the attackers' control to cause a heap buffer over-read in the NGINX worker process, leading to limited disclosure of memory or a restart.
Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. |
| A vulnerability exists in BIG-IP systems that may allow an authenticated attacker with administrative access to escalate their privileges. A successful exploit may allow the attacker to cross a security boundary.
Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. |
