| NL Portal Backend Libraries provide backend components for Dutch government portals that interact with residents, customers, suppliers, and partner organizations. The `nl.nl-portal:taak` package from version 1.5.0 through 3.0.0 fails to verify ownership when processing the `submitTaakV2` GraphQL mutation, allowing an authenticated user who knows or guesses another user’s task ID to read its form data, overwrite its submitted data, and mark the task as completed. Version 3.0.1 contains a patch. As a workaround, block the `submitTaakV2` mutation at the API gateway or restrict the `/graphql` endpoint to trusted networks |
| ArduinoBLE enables Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity on certain Arduino models. Versions prior to 2.0.2 contain a missing bounds check in the ATT layer write request handler that allows a remote, unauthenticated BLE client to corrupt memory in the ATTClass global object. Devices running ArduinoBLE with one or more characteristics configured with the BLEEncryption property are affected. The fix is included starting from the 2.0.2 release. |

Specifically, the `startHl7ArchiveMigration` method is accessible, which should be restricted to admin-level accounts. Versions 1.23.0 and 2.10.0 patch the issue. |
| Decidim is a participatory democracy framework. Prior to 0.32.0, a low-privilege process-scoped administrator or election editor with question-management rights can store HTML or script-bearing content in question.body. The question_title helper returns the translatable question body through html_safe without a sanitization boundary, causing stored script execution when visitors open public election pages or voting booth screens. The persisted script executes in visitors' browsers. The vulnerability is fixed in 0.32.0. |

| free5GC is an open-source implementation of the 5G core network. In 4.2.3 and earlier, HandleCreateEeSubscriptions and HandleQueryeesubscriptions in free5gc/udr internal/sbi/api_datarepository.go validate the ueId path value with a regular expression whose final .+ alternative accepts every non-empty string instead of restricting identifiers to supported SUPI and GPSI formats. An actor with network reachability to the UDR SBI can submit a non-3GPP identifier to /nudr-dr/v2/subscription-data/{ueId}/context-data/ee-subscriptions, causing the identifier to pass validation and enter the normal create or query flow. The advisory does not independently establish whether authentication is required. Invalid identifiers can be persisted and retrieved as subscription records, enabling unauthorized data creation, UDR namespace pollution, persistent subscriber-metadata corruption, and interference with downstream components that trust stored identifiers to use valid 3GPP formats. The exposure is most relevant in lab, test, or loosely segmented service-based-interface deployments where direct UDR access is possible. |

| IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.11.5 Langflow could allow an authenticated attacker to access sensitive files belonging to other users due to improper access control in the File/Read File component. When executing flows through the /api/v1/run/advanced/{flow_id} endpoint, the application allows component inputs to reference storage paths using arbitrary user or flow identifiers without verifying ownership. An attacker with low‑privileged authenticated access can supply a crafted file path pointing to another user’s storage namespace, causing the backend to read and return the contents of files uploaded by other users. This vulnerability bypasses intended authorization checks enforced by the file management API and may result in unauthorized disclosure of sensitive user data. |
