CVE-2024-38499 2026-04-15 8.8 High
CA Client Automation (ITCM) allows non-admin/non-root users to encrypt a string using CAF CLI and SD_ACMD CLI. This would allow the non admin user to access the critical encryption keys which further causes the exploitation of stored credentials. This fix doesn't allow a non-admin/non-root user to execute "caf encrypt"/"sd_acmd encrypt" commands.
CVE-2024-55954 1 Openobserve 1 Openobserve 2026-04-15 8.7 High
OpenObserve is a cloud-native observability platform. A vulnerability in the user management endpoint `/api/{org_id}/users/{email_id}` allows an "Admin" role user to remove a "Root" user from the organization. This violates the intended privilege hierarchy, enabling a non-root user to remove the highest-privileged account. Due to insufficient role checks, the `remove_user_from_org` function does not prevent an "Admin" user from removing a "Root" user. As a result, an attacker with an "Admin" role can remove critical "Root" users, potentially gaining effective full control by eliminating the highest-privileged accounts. The `DELETE /api/{org_id}/users/{email_id}` endpoint is affected. This issue has been addressed in release version `0.14.1` and all users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
CVE-2025-10941 2026-04-15 7.8 High
A vulnerability was determined in Topaz SERVCore Teller 2.14.0-RC2/2.14.1. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file SERVCoreTeller_2.0.40D.msi of the component Installer. Executing manipulation can lead to permission issues. The attack needs to be launched locally. You should upgrade the affected component. The vendor explains, that "this vulnerability was detected at the beginning of 2025, it was remediated because the latest published version of the installer no longer uses "nssm," which is responsible for this vulnerability".
CVE-2025-26499 1 Windriver 1 Wind River Studio Developer 2026-04-15 6 Medium
Under heavy system utilization a random race condition can occur during authentication or token refresh operation. This flaw allows one user to be granted a token intended for another user, resulting in impersonation until the session is ended. This flaw cannot be intentionally exploited due to the required concurring action by two users. However, if the event occurs a user would be inadvertently exposed to another user’s system rights and data access.
CVE-2025-62661 1 Mediawiki 1 Mediawiki 2026-04-15 N/A
Incorrect Default Permissions vulnerability in The Wikimedia Foundation Mediawiki - Thanks Extension, Mediawiki - Growth Experiments Extension allows Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs.This issue affects Mediawiki - Thanks Extension, Mediawiki - Growth Experiments Extension: from 1.43 before 1.44.
CVE-2025-41658 1 Codesys 1 Control 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
CODESYS Runtime Toolkit-based products may expose sensitive files to local low-privileged operating system users due to default file permissions.
CVE-2024-46463 2026-04-15 7.8 High
By default, dedicated folders of ORIZON for Windows up to 2024.3 can be accessed by other users to misuse technical files and make them perform tasks with higher privileges. Configuration of ORIZON has to be modified to prevent this vulnerability.
CVE-2024-51051 1 Avscms 1 Avscms 2026-04-15 9.8 Critical
AVSCMS v8.2.0 was discovered to contain weak default credentials for the Administrator account.
CVE-2023-43747 1 Intel 1 Connectivity Performance Suite 2026-04-15 6.7 Medium
Incorrect default permissions for some Intel(R) Connectivity Performance Suite software installers before version 2.0 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
CVE-2024-4030 1 Python 1 Cpython 2026-04-15 7.1 High
On Windows a directory returned by tempfile.mkdtemp() would not always have permissions set to restrict reading and writing to the temporary directory by other users, instead usually inheriting the correct permissions from the default location. Alternate configurations or users without a profile directory may not have the intended permissions. If you’re not using Windows or haven’t changed the temporary directory location then you aren’t affected by this vulnerability. On other platforms the returned directory is consistently readable and writable only by the current user. This issue was caused by Python not supporting Unix permissions on Windows. The fix adds support for Unix “700” for the mkdir function on Windows which is used by mkdtemp() to ensure the newly created directory has the proper permissions.
CVE-2025-24915 1 Tenable 1 Nessus Agent 2026-04-15 7.8 High
When installing Nessus Agent to a non-default location on a Windows host, Nessus Agent versions prior to 10.8.3 did not enforce secure permissions for sub-directories.  This could allow for local privilege escalation if users had not secured the directories in the non-default installation location.
CVE-2025-40585 1 Siemens 2 Energy Services, G5dfr 2026-04-15 9.9 Critical
A vulnerability has been identified in Energy Services (All versions with G5DFR). Affected solutions using G5DFR contain default credentials. This could allow an attacker to gain control of G5DFR component and tamper with outputs from the device.
CVE-2025-42598 2026-04-15 7.8 High
Multiple SEIKO EPSON printer drivers for Windows OS are configured with an improper access permission settings when installed or used in a language other than English. If a user is directed to place a crafted DLL file in a location of an attacker's choosing, the attacker may execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privilege on a Windows system on which the printer driver is installed.
CVE-2025-9039 1 Amazon 1 Ecs 2026-04-15 4.3 Medium
We identified an issue in the Amazon ECS agent where, under certain conditions, an introspection server could be accessed off-host by another instance if the instances are in the same security group or if their security groups allow incoming connections that include the port where the server is hosted. This issue does not affect instances where the option to allow off-host access to the introspection server is set to 'false'. This issue has been addressed in ECS agent version 1.97.1. We recommend upgrading to the latest version and ensuring any forked or derivative code is patched to incorporate the new fixes. If customers cannot update to the latest AMI, they can modify the Amazon EC2 security groups to restrict incoming access to the introspection server port (51678).
CVE-2024-27148 1 Toshibatec 50 E-studio-2010-ac, E-studio-2015-nc, E-studio-2018 A and 47 more 2026-04-15 7.4 High

CVE-2024-38531 1 Nixos 1 Nix 2026-04-15 3.6 Low
Nix is a package manager for Linux and other Unix systems that makes package management reliable and reproducible. A build process has access to and can change the permissions of the build directory. After creating a setuid binary in a globally accessible location, a malicious local user can assume the permissions of a Nix daemon worker and hijack all future builds. This issue was patched in version(s) 2.23.1, 2.22.2, 2.21.3, 2.20.7, 2.19.5 and 2.18.4.
CVE-2025-31655 1 Intel 1 Battery Life Diagnostic Tool 2026-04-15 6.7 Medium
Incorrect default permissions for some Intel(R) Battery Life Diagnostic Tool within Ring 3: User Applications may allow an escalation of privilege. Unprivileged software adversary with an authenticated user combined with a high complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are present without special internal knowledge and requires active user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (high) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts.
