CVSS v3.1 |
| The The ARMember – Membership Plugin, Content Restriction, Member Levels, User Profile & User signup plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.51. This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to execute arbitrary shortcodes. |
| Use of potentially dangerous function issue exists in Ricoh Streamline NX PC Client. If this vulnerability is exploited, an attacker may create an arbitrary file in the PC where the product is installed. |
| A DLL hijacking vulnerability in VegaBird Vooki 5.2.9 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code / maintain persistence via placing a crafted DLL file in the same directory as Vooki.exe. |
| The The FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.2.2. This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes. |
| The "system" function receives untrusted input from the user. If the "EnableJSCaching" option is enabled, it is possible to execute arbitrary code provided as the "Module" parameter. |
| An unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability exists in Remote for Mac, a macOS remote control utility developed by Aexol Studio, in versions up to and including 2025.7. When the application is configured with authentication disabled (i.e., the "Allow unknown devices" option is enabled), the /api/executeScript endpoint is exposed without access control. This allows unauthenticated remote attackers to inject arbitrary AppleScript payloads via the X-Script HTTP header, resulting in code execution using do shell script. Successful exploitation grants attackers the ability to run arbitrary commands on the macOS host with the privileges of the Remote for Mac background process. |
| An arbitrary file upload vulnerability in the component \Users\username.BlackBoard of BlackBoard v2.0.0.2 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via uploading a crafted .xml file. |
| The The Motors - Car Dealer, Rental & Listing WordPress theme theme for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 5.6.65. This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes.
*It is unclear exactly which version the issue was patched in from the changelog. Therefore, we used the latest version at the time of verification. |
| Open source machine learning framework. A vulnerability has been identified in Rasa that enables an attacker who has the ability to load a maliciously crafted model remotely into a Rasa instance to achieve Remote Code Execution. The prerequisites for this are: 1. The HTTP API must be enabled on the Rasa instance eg with `--enable-api`. This is not the default configuration. 2. For unauthenticated RCE to be exploitable, the user must not have configured any authentication or other security controls recommended in our documentation. 3. For authenticated RCE, the attacker must posses a valid authentication token or JWT to interact with the Rasa API. This issue has been addressed in rasa version 3.6.21 and all users are advised to upgrade. Users unable to upgrade should ensure that they require authentication and that only trusted users are given access. |
| SAP Application Server for ABAP allows an authenticated attacker to store malicious JavaScript payloads which could be executed in victim user's browser when accessing the affected functionality of BAPI explorer. This has low impact on confidentiality and integrity with no impact on availability of the application. |
| A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in dazhouda lecms up to 3.0.3. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /admin of the component Edit Profile Handler. The manipulation leads to cross site scripting. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| pyload is an open-source Download Manager written in pure Python. An unsafe JavaScript evaluation vulnerability in pyLoad’s CAPTCHA processing code allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary code in the client browser and potentially the backend server. Exploitation requires no user interaction or authentication and can result in session hijacking, credential theft, and full system remote code execution. Commit 909e5c97885237530d1264cfceb5555870eb9546, the patch for the issue, is included in version 0.5.0b3.dev89. |
| An issue in the component js2py.disable_pyimport() of js2py up to v0.74 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted API call. |
| The com.solarized.firedown (aka Solarized FireDown Browser & Downloader) application 1.0.76 for Android allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript code via a crafted intent. com.solarized.firedown.IntentActivity uses a WebView component to display web content and doesn't adequately sanitize the URI or any extra data passed in the intent by any installed application (with no permissions). |
| A DLL hijacking vulnerability in VegaBird Yaazhini 2.0.2 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code / maintain persistence via placing a crafted DLL file in the same directory as Yaazhini.exe. |
| PyMOL 2.5.0 contains a vulnerability in its "Run Script" function, which allows the execution of arbitrary Python code embedded within .PYM files. Attackers can craft a malicious .PYM file containing a Python reverse shell payload and exploit the function to achieve Remote Command Execution (RCE). This vulnerability arises because PyMOL treats .PYM files as Python scripts without properly validating or restricting the commands within the script, enabling attackers to run unauthorized commands in the context of the user running the application. |
| The The Authors List plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution via update_authors_list_ajax AJAX action in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.4. This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes. |
| Kea configuration and API directives can be used to load a malicious hook library. Many common configurations run Kea as root, leave the API entry points unsecured by default, and/or place the control sockets in insecure paths.
This issue affects Kea versions 2.4.0 through 2.4.1, 2.6.0 through 2.6.2, and 2.7.0 through 2.7.8. |
| htags in GNU Global through 6.6.12 allows code execution in situations where dbpath (aka -d) is untrusted, because shell metacharacters may be used. |
| # Active Storage allowed transformation methods potentially unsafe
Active Storage attempts to prevent the use of potentially unsafe image
transformation methods and parameters by default.
The default allowed list contains three methods allow for the circumvention
of the safe defaults which enables potential command injection
vulnerabilities in cases where arbitrary user supplied input is accepted as
valid transformation methods or parameters.
Impact
------
This vulnerability impacts applications that use Active Storage with the image_processing processing gem in addition to mini_magick as the image processor.
Vulnerable code will look something similar to this:
```
<%= image_tag blob.variant(params[:t] => params[:v]) %>
```
Where the transformation method or its arguments are untrusted arbitrary input.
All users running an affected release should either upgrade or use one of the workarounds immediately.
Workarounds
-----------
Consuming user supplied input for image transformation methods or their parameters is unsupported behavior and should be considered dangerous.
Strict validation of user supplied methods and parameters should be performed
as well as having a strong [ImageMagick security
policy](https://imagemagick.org/script/security-policy.php) deployed.
