| CVE-2026-42587 | 2 Io.netty, Netty | 3 Netty-codec-http, Netty-codec-http2, Netty | 2026-09-18 | 7.5 High |
| Netty is an asynchronous, event-driven network application framework. Prior to 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final, HttpContentDecompressor accepts a maxAllocation parameter to limit decompression buffer size and prevent decompression bomb attacks. This limit is correctly enforced for gzip and deflate encodings via ZlibDecoder, but is silently ignored when the content encoding is br (Brotli), zstd, or snappy. An attacker can bypass the configured decompression limit by sending a compressed payload with Content-Encoding: br instead of Content-Encoding: gzip, causing unbounded memory allocation and out-of-memory denial of service. The same vulnerability exists in DelegatingDecompressorFrameListener for HTTP/2 connections. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final. | ||||
| CVE-2026-3505 | 1 Bouncycastle | 1 Bc-java | 2026-09-18 | 7.5 High |
| Allocation of resources without limits or throttling, Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability in Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. BC-JAVA bcpg on all (pg modules). This vulnerability is associated with program files AEADEncDataPacket.Java, BcAEADUtil.Java, JceAEADUtil.Java, OperatorHelper.Java. This issue affects BC-JAVA: from 1.74 before 1.80.2, from 1.81 before 1.81.1, from 1.82 before 1.84. | ||||
| CVE-2026-50285 | 1 Pomerium | 1 Pomerium | 2026-09-18 | 7.5 High |
| Pomerium is an identity and context-aware access proxy. Prior to 0.32.8, decodeQueryStringV2 in pkg/hpke/url.go performs zstd decompression of attacker-controlled data without an output-memory limit when DecryptURLValues processes HPKE V2 values for Stateless.Callback in internal/authenticateflow/stateless.go. In hosted or stateless authentication deployments, an unauthenticated attacker can obtain the receiver key from /.well-known/pomerium/hpke-public-key, provide a matching attacker-controlled sender key, and send a compressed payload to /.pomerium/callback that expands before validateSenderPublicKey rejects the sender. This can allocate hundreds of megabytes per request, exhaust proxy memory, crash or degrade the process, and block access to applications protected by the deployment. Stateful deployments are not affected because the stateful callback verifies its HMAC signature before decryption and decompression. This issue is fixed in version 0.32.8. | ||||
| CVE-2026-89804 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-18 | 8.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/nouveau/dmem: fix mismatched DMA unmap size for large folios Device-private THP migration maps migration buffers with page_size() and records that length in dma_info->size. For a compound folio page_size() is PAGE_SIZE << order, but two teardown sites still pass a literal PAGE_SIZE to dma_unmap_page(): - nouveau_dmem_migrate_to_ram() on the success path, and - nouveau_dmem_migrate_copy_one() on the copy-error path. For an order > 0 folio this unmaps less than was mapped, leaking the remainder of the IOMMU/IOVA mapping. The other unmap sites, in nouveau_dmem_migrate_chunk() and nouveau_dmem_evict_chunk(), already use the saved size; use it here too. | ||||
| CVE-2026-89805 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-18 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/pagemap: Fix folio allocation fallback and use-after-put drm_pagemap_migrate_populate_ram_pfn() had two issues when populating RAM PFNs with higher-order folios: 1. The higher-order vma_alloc_folio()/folio_alloc() calls did not pass __GFP_NOWARN, so a THP allocation failure under memory pressure would spam the kernel log, and there was no fallback path despite a TODO comment stating one was needed. Add __GFP_NOWARN to the higher-order allocation and, on failure, fall back to order-0 allocations for the entire range originally covered by the failed higher-order allocation, leaving MIGRATE_PFN_COMPOUND unset for those PFNs. 2. In the free_pages error path, order was computed via folio_order(page_folio(page)) *after* put_page(page) had already dropped the reference, resulting in a use-after-free/put when that was the last reference on the page. Compute order before releasing the page. Introducing the fallback in 1. also requires the source page array handed to ->copy_to_ram() to be built differently. Both callers only populated the entry at the head of each source folio, relying on the copy callback to derive the rest of the folio from the order recorded in the matching drm_pagemap_addr. Once the destination has been demoted to order-0 folios the drm_pagemap_addr entries are per-page, so a source page is needed for every one of them; leaving them NULL makes the copy callback stop after the first page and the remainder of the range is never copied. The source folio is only split later, by migrate_vma_pages() / migrate_device_pages(), so its order cannot be used to detect the demotion - test the destination for MIGRATE_PFN_COMPOUND instead. Factor the array population out into drm_pagemap_migrate_populate_src_pages() and use it from both drm_pagemap_evict_to_ram() and __drm_pagemap_migrate_to_ram(). | ||||
| CVE-2026-89872 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-18 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: v4l2-fwnode: Fix fwnode leak in v4l2_fwnode_parse_link In v4l2_fwnode_parse_link(), the remote endpoint fwnode reference is acquired using fwnode_graph_get_remote_endpoint(). This reference is properly released in the error paths, but it is leaked on the success path. Add the missing fwnode_handle_put() before returning 0 to prevent the reference leak. [Sakari Ailus: Fix subject prefix and coding style a little.] | ||||
| CVE-2026-89935 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-18 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: light: apds9306: fix PM reference leak in apds9306_read_data() apds9306_read_data() calls pm_runtime_resume_and_get() but several error paths return directly without calling pm_runtime_put_autosuspend(), leaking the runtime PM reference and preventing the device from autosuspending. Use PM_RUNTIME_ACQUIRE_AUTOSUSPEND() and PM_RUNTIME_ACQUIRE_ERR() to automatically handle runtime PM reference release on all return paths. | ||||
| CVE-2026-89948 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-18 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: batman-adv: bla: fix freeing of claims on meshif deletion When the mesh interface is getting deleted, then batadv_bla_del_backbone_claims() (via batadv_bla_purge_backbone_gw()) could make sure that all claims gets removed. But this function is only executed when bat_priv->bla.claim_hash is not NULL. And since batadv_bla_free() is always setting it to NULL before it is (indirectly) called, it was never actually executed. But the batadv_bla_purge_claims() -> batadv_handle_unclaim() is at the moment too fragile because the BLA code is not handling the rehashing in batadv_bla_update_orig_address(). The stored backbone address doesn't have to be the one actually used for the hash bucket selection during the initial adding of the backbone. The batadv_handle_unclaim() can therefore fail to find the respective backbone for the unclaim and then stop the deletion. But the actual backbone_gw object is not needed for the unclaim because all relevant information is always provided by the caller. And the check for the existence of the backbone_gw doesn't provide any additional security check for the deletion of a claim. | ||||
| CVE-2026-63128 | 1 Modelcontextprotocol | 1 Rust-sdk | 2026-09-18 | 7.5 High |
| RMCP is an official Rust SDK for the Model Context Protocol. Prior to 2.0.0, the rmcp crate's stateful Streamable HTTP server in crates/rmcp/src/transport/streamable_http_server/tower.rs allows an unauthenticated client to send a well-formed JSON-RPC POST that is not an initialization request, or an initialization request with a mismatched protocol header, causing StreamableHttpService::handle_post to call LocalSessionManager.create_session before validating the message. An early validation failure returns without removing the inserted LocalSessionHandle from LocalSessionManager.sessions, permanently retaining session and channel state for the server process lifetime. Repeated requests can grow the shared session table without bound, degrade legitimate-client latency through lock contention, exhaust memory, and terminate the server. This issue is fixed in version 2.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-69147 | 1 Vllm-project | 1 Vllm | 2026-09-18 | 6.5 Medium |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.28.0, request bodies for Chat Completions and Responses can set media_io_kwargs.video.video_backend to pynvvideocodec, and MediaConnector.fetch_video forwards that choice to VideoMediaIO even when startup configuration selected a software decoder. The engine's _reserve_mm_ipc_gpu_memory logic budgets decoder memory only from static configuration, so the request-selected VIDEO_LOADER_REGISTRY backend can create a CUDA context, decoder surfaces, and decoded-frame allocations that were not removed from the engine's KV-cache budget. An attacker able to submit video requests to a video-capable GPU deployment with PyNvVideoCodec installed can exhaust shared GPU memory, causing request failures, worker crashes, or denial of service. The first release containing the fix is version 0.28.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-89925 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-18 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: s390: Fix memory leak in guest debug handling bp_data is freed only for the error case by kfree(bp_data). Every successful KVM_SET_GUEST_DEBUG will leak bp_data. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54156 | 1 Node-opcua Project | 1 Node-opcua | 2026-09-17 | 7.5 High |
| node-opcua is an OPC UA implementation for TypeScript and Node.js. Prior to 2.166.0, the process-global g_alreadyUsedNonce cache used by nonceAlreadyBeenUsed in packages/node-opcua-secure-channel/source/server/server_secure_channel_layer.ts records nonces from OpenSecureChannelRequest and CreateSession without expiration or a size limit. An unauthenticated remote attacker can repeatedly create sessions with unique nonces, causing entries to persist after session expiry and accumulate across connection cycles even when maxSessions=10 limits concurrent sessions. The resulting unbounded heap growth can exhaust the default Node.js heap and crash the node-opcua server process. This issue is fixed in version 2.166.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-20250 | 1 Cisco | 2 Cisco:adaptive Security Appliance Software, Secure Firewall Threat Defense | 2026-09-17 | 8.6 High |
| A vulnerability in Datagram TLS (DTLS) message handling of Cisco Secure Firewall Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Secure Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) Software for Cisco Secure Firewall 3100 Series and 4200 Series devices could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper resource management when processing certain DTLS messages. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted stream of DTLS traffic to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the device to reload, resulting in a DoS condition. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86040 | 1 Libp2p | 1 Libp2p | 2026-09-17 | 7.5 High |
| libp2p is a JavaScript implementation of the libp2p networking stack. Prior to 11.0.26, @libp2p/floodsub accepts unauthenticated RPC frames on /floodsub/1.0.0 through PeerStreams.attachInboundStream in packages/floodsub/src/peer-streams.ts without protobuf element limits, then processRpc and processRpcSubOpt in packages/floodsub/src/floodsub.ts synchronously process the subscriptions array without a per-frame cap. A single bounded-size frame can decode into millions of empty subscription entries that block the event loop, while hundreds of thousands of unique-topic SUBSCRIBE entries allocate PeerSet objects in this.topics that are not removed after peer removal or stop. Empty entries cause CPU exhaustion but do not grow this.topics; persistent memory growth requires unique topics. The subscription path bypasses message signature validation and the message-only processing queue, allowing a remote peer to cause sustained CPU denial of service, memory exhaustion, out-of-memory termination, and node unavailability. The issue is fixed in version 11.0.26. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92000 | 2 Adm-zip Project, Cthackers | 2 Adm-zip, Adm-zip | 2026-09-17 | 7.5 High |
| adm-zip versions 0.5.14 through 0.6.0 fail to apply zlib decompression output limits when ZIP entries declare zero uncompressed size. Attackers can craft malicious ZIP archives with highly compressible entries declaring zero size to exhaust memory and cause denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53752 | 1 Plutext | 1 Docx4j | 2026-09-17 | 7.5 High |
| docx4j is an open source Java library for creating, editing, and saving OpenXML packages, including DOCX, PPTX, and XLSX files. Prior to 11.5.14, PropertyResolver and adjacent helpers recursively follow the WordprocessingML w:basedOn style inheritance chain without cycle detection. A well-formed DOCX containing mutually based styles causes unbounded recursion in PropertyResolver.fillPPrStack and related effective-style resolution paths, resulting in StackOverflowError. Server-side conversion and table-of-contents processing of an untrusted document can terminate a worker thread, degrade a thread pool, or deny service, although isolation in disposable workers or safe containment of StackOverflowError can reduce the practical effect. The fix adds cyclic-style tracking and CyclicStylesException handling. This issue is fixed in version 11.5.14. | ||||
| CVE-2026-91080 | 1 Adnanh | 1 Webhook | 2026-09-17 | 7.5 High |
| webhook through 2.8.3 reads the entire request body into memory before evaluating trigger rules, allowing unauthenticated attackers to exhaust memory by sending oversized bodies. Attackers can send multi-gigabyte request bodies with invalid signatures to trigger out-of-memory conditions and crash the service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54077 | 1 Arcadedata | 1 Arcadedb | 2026-09-17 | 7.1 High |
| ArcadeDB is a Multi-Model DBMS. Prior to 26.6.1, the IMPORT DATABASE statement in engine/src/main/java/com/arcadedb/query/sql/parser/ImportDatabaseStatement.java did not require administrative privileges and passed its source to integration/src/main/java/com/arcadedb/integration/importer/SourceDiscovery.java without validation. An authenticated user with SQL command access through /api/v1/command or /api/v1/query can supply HTTP or HTTPS destinations to make server-side requests to internal services, or file:// paths to read files accessible to the server process and ingest the results as queryable records. The XML importer also permits DTD processing and external entities, enabling entity expansion. The root-only /api/v1/server administration endpoint is not affected. The fix requires updateSecurity permission, blocks local-network import destinations by default through arcadedb.server.security.importBlockLocalNetworks, supports the arcadedb.server.security.importAllowedLocalPaths file allow-list, and disables XML DTD processing and external entities. This issue is fixed in version 26.6.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-91987 | 1 Dep0we | 1 Atomic-agents-stack | 2026-09-17 | 6.5 Medium |
| atomic-agents-stack before 1.1.0 contains a cost-guardrail bypass in the _estimate_batch_cost function that returns zero cost for unknown models not in the pricing table. Attackers can configure deployments with unknown model identifiers to bypass daily cost caps and exceed budget limits in parallel batch operations. | ||||
| CVE-2023-46035 | 1 Fnando | 1 Svg Optimizer | 2026-09-17 | 5.9 Medium |
| The svg_optimizer gem before 0.3.0 for Ruby performs entity expansion on untrusted documents. | ||||
