| shell-quote's `quote()` function did not validate object-token inputs against the operator model used by `parse()`. The `.op` field was backslash-escaped character by character using `/(.)/g`, which in JavaScript does not match line terminators (\n, \r, U+2028, U+2029). A line terminator in `.op` therefore passed through unescaped into the output; POSIX shells treat a literal newline as a command separator, so any content after it would execute as a second command. The vulnerable code path is reachable in two ways: (1) direct construction of `{ op: '...\n...' }` from external input, and (2) via `parse(cmd, envFn)` when `envFn` returns object tokens whose `.op` is attacker-influenced. Both are documented API surface. Fixed by replacing the per-character escape with strict shape validation: `.op` must match the parser's control-operator allowlist; `{ op: 'glob', pattern }` validates `pattern` and forbids line terminators; `{ comment }` validates `comment` and forbids line terminators; any other object shape throws `TypeError`. |

In affected versions, the PHP is passed to the Conditions evaluator without checking who authored the article. Joomla's normal Author text filter preserves the syntax, so publishing the article causes the code to run as the web-server process. |

| Certain KGUARD DVR devices running vulnerable firmware expose a system command execution service on all network interfaces without requiring authentication. A remote unauthenticated attacker with network access to the affected service can execute arbitrary system commands on the device, potentially resulting in complete compromise of the DVR.
The vulnerability is known to have been exploited in the wild by the Mirai_ptea (Rimasuta) and Mirai_aurora botnets for malware propagation and subsequent DDoS activity. The vulnerability was reported to affect firmware dating from 2016, while firmware released after 2017 appears to mitigate the issue by restricting the affected service to the localhost interface (127.0.0.1) instead of exposing it on all interfaces (0.0.0.0).
The affected-device list reported by Netlab includes many D1004NR, D1008NR, D1016NR, D1104, D1104NR, D1108NR, D1116NR, D1132NR, D2116NR, D97xx, D98xx, and D99xx variants and several associated hardware revisions
The exploit is included in some version of rapperbot and exploited in 2026. This assignment has been made to document the active exploitation and lack of documentation from the vendor. |

| passport-saml-encrypted through 0.1.13 makes SAML signature verification conditional on an optional cert option, allowing attackers to bypass authentication by submitting unsigned SAML responses. Attackers can post forged SAML responses with arbitrary NameID and attributes to the assertion consumer service endpoint to receive authenticated profiles without valid signatures. |
| passport-saml-encrypted through 0.1.13 contains an XML signature wrapping vulnerability where signature verification and assertion extraction use independent XPath lookups with no cross-validation. Attackers holding any validly signed SAML message can prepend a forged unsigned assertion that gets accepted as the verified identity while the genuine signature validates against the original assertion. |
| OmniRoute is an open-source AI gateway providing a single endpoint for multiple model providers. In 3.8.49 and earlier, the OmniRoute POST /api/acp/agents custom ACP agent endpoint accepted attacker-controlled binary and versionCommand values and used only a self-consistency check before execFileSync executed the selected interpreter and arguments. The same request called refreshAgentCache, and resolveVersionProbe accepted the matched command before the execFileSync sink ran it. The tokenizeVersionCommand function and DISALLOWED_VERSION_COMMAND_CHARS filter rejected a limited set of shell metacharacters but still allowed interpreter evaluation arguments. The isAuthenticated function relied on isAuthRequired, which accepted anonymous requests when requireLogin was false, while api/acp/ was absent from LOCAL_ONLY_API_PREFIXES and SPAWN_CAPABLE_PREFIXES. With requireLogin=false or during a fresh-instance bootstrap window, a remote anonymous request could supply an interpreter evaluation argument and execute arbitrary code in the server container. With requireLogin=true and a configured management password, exploitation instead required a management session or management-scoped API key. No fixed version is available as of this review. |
| A local privilege escalation vulnerability exists in the iDirect iQ200 VSAT terminal running firmware 23.0.1.0. The iQ200 is a rackmount satellite modem deployed across oil and gas, maritime, defense, and remote infrastructure as the primary, and often sole communications link for offshore rigs, vessels, and remote sites. Important context: the device ships from the factory with a pre-configured low-privilege local user account. This account is intended for field technicians who need shell access for maintenance and diagnostics but should not have full administrative control over the device. This built-in account provides the initial access required to exploit this vulnerability. No additional credentials need to be obtained or brute-forced. |
| WAVLINK WN535M1 and WN535M3 routers running firmware prior to M35M1_V250922 contain an unauthenticated OS command injection vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands as root by sending crafted filenames to the sync_server daemon on TCP port 13136. The daemon interpolates attacker-controlled filename input containing shell metacharacters into a shell command string via sprintf() and passes it to system() without sanitization, enabling root-level command execution on the device. |

| Laci Synchroni is a decentralized mod and appearance sync server and plugin for Dalamud. Versions of the backend prior to 1.2.3 have an improper authentication vulnerability in the application's OAuth2 login flow. The application relies on client-side state by trusting the `UID` field inside the `Authentications` object of a user's local `config.json` file. By manually editing this local file on their PC prior to logging in, a user can supply an arbitrary UID. Because the server fails to validate that the authenticated OAuth2 identity matches the requested UID, an attacker can fully impersonate any target user and perform actions on their behalf. This issue has been resolved in version 1.2.3. The patch modifies `AuthorizeOauthAsync` inside the `SecretKeyAuthenticatorService` to strictly bind the lookup of the requested User ID (`requestedUid`) to the record of the successfully authenticated identity (`primaryUid`). The server will no longer load or return session tokens for a requested UID unless it matches the verified, authenticated database record. No known workarounds are available. |
| An unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability exists in the Policy Manager console of Akana API Platform. A path normalization discrepancy between the authentication filter and the servlet dispatcher allows a crafted request to bypass authentication and reach an endpoint that evaluates attacker-supplied script code without sandboxing, resulting in arbitrary code execution. Exploitation requires no authentication or user interaction. |

| Capgo (capgo.app) fails to restrict direct write access to the public.sso_providers table exposed through Supabase PostgREST. A holder of an ordinary Capgo full API key can insert a row with status='active' and enforce_sso=true, bypassing the intended backend SSO provisioning route (supabase/functions/_backend/private/sso/providers.ts) and its controls: the Enterprise plan requirement, SSO provider creation via the Supabase Management API, DNS TXT domain-ownership verification, the pending_verification → verified → active status transition, and issuance of a trusted provider ID by Supabase Auth. The forged row is trusted by SSO discovery and enforcement logic, including the unauthenticated login preflight endpoint /private/sso/check-domain, which then reports {"has_sso": true, "enforce_sso": true} for domains that were never verified, allowing attacker-controlled SSO enforcement to be asserted for arbitrary domains and disrupting normal login. All versions are affected; at the time of the advisory no patch was available. |
