CVSS v3.1 |
| Asymmetric Resource Consumption vulnerability in Apache Directory LDAP API.
A LDAP server using the LDAP API (like Apache DS) may consume 100% of a CPU core indefinitely when processing some badly crafted Telephone Numbers.
This issue affects Apache Directory LDAP API: from 2.1.0 before 2.1.9.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.1.9, which fixes the issue. |
In ConvertX before 0.19.0, converters/calibre.ts does not block recipe files, and instead passes them to the ebook-convert program from Calibre. This affects executable code in a .recipe or .downloaded_recipe file.
The EmbedPress – PDF Embedder, 3D PDF FlipBook, Google Reviews, YouTube Videos, Upload & Embed PDF documents plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'slidesShow' Block Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 4.6.6 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The slidesShow block attribute is interpolated into an unquoted data-carousel-options HTML attribute, allowing a payload containing spaces to break out of the attribute and inject additional DOM attributes such as onfocus event handlers onto the wrapper element.
The LearnPress – WordPress LMS Plugin for Create and Sell Online Courses plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'orderby' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.4.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
The EWWW Image Optimizer plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via REQUEST_URI Parameter Key in all versions up to, and including, 8.7.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Successful exploitation requires that the enable_help option is active, as the vulnerable HelpScout Beacon script block is only emitted when that setting is enabled.
The Groundhogg — CRM, Newsletters, and Marketing Automation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation via Contact Identity Rebinding in all versions up to, and including, 4.9 The vulnerability exists because the `create_contact` function in the v3 REST endpoint (`POST /gh/v3/contacts`) is gated solely by the `add_contacts` capability and forwards the full request payload — including the security-bearing `user_id` column — into the upsert path of `Contacts_DB::add()`, which bypasses the ownership guard that `Contacts_DB::update()` enforces, allowing an attacker to rebind any existing contact record to an arbitrary WordPress user ID. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Sales Representative-level access and above to upsert their own contact row to point to an Administrator's user ID, then invoke the v4 email-test endpoint (`POST /gh/v4/emails/test`) — also accessible to the Sales Representative role via the `send_emails` capability — to generate an `{auto_login_url}` one-time permissions key bound to the rebound contact, and consume that link to call `wp_set_auth_cookie()` and gain a fully authenticated session as the WordPress Administrator.
The Real Cookie Banner: GDPR & ePrivacy Cookie Consent plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Comment in all versions up to, and including, 5.3.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Malicious script payloads placed in the title attribute of an anchor tag survive WordPress's comment kses filter at save time, as the payload is only promoted to executable HTML attributes when the plugin's page-wide regex strips the closing quote delimiter at render time; exploitability is therefore subject to the standard comment moderation workflow before the comment is publicly displayed.
The Paid Membership Plugin, Ecommerce, User Registration Form, Login Form, User Profile & Restrict Content – ProfilePress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via ppress_billing_address Filename Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.17.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. The vulnerability is exploitable via any page hosting the ProfilePress Tabbed Widget by supplying a malicious filename for the ppress_billing_address file upload field in a crafted POST request.
The Paid Membership Plugin, Ecommerce, User Registration Form, Login Form, User Profile & Restrict Content – ProfilePress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 4.17.4 via the get_user_profile_structure. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to extract other users' email addresses, login names, and registration dates via the Member Directory's per-row user rebinding when attacker-controlled base64 payloads in the [pp-custom-html] shortcode invoke [profile-email], [profile-username], and [profile-date-registered]. When the WordPress users_can_register option is enabled, unauthenticated attackers can also exploit this vulnerability by supplying the split shortcode fragments through the plugin's own registration handler, which processes the reg_nickname and reg_bio fields without a nonce requirement.
The Ultimate Member – User Profile, Registration, Login, Member Directory, Content Restriction & Membership Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 2.13.1 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to view privacy-restricted member profile field values — including fields explicitly configured as owner-only, members-only, or role-restricted — by querying the publicly accessible wp_ajax_nopriv_um_get_members endpoint. The nonce required by the endpoint ('um-frontend-nonce') is emitted to all unauthenticated visitors via wp_localize_script, meaning it provides no meaningful access control and any anonymous visitor can satisfy the endpoint's authentication requirements.
The Ivory Search – WordPress Search Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 's' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.5.18 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires that the targeted search form has the 'Highlight Search Terms' option enabled by an administrator, and that the malicious search query returns at least one post result.
The SupportCandy – AI Customer Support Ticket System & Live Chatbot Agent plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via the 'sort_by' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.3 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. Exploitation requires the authenticated attacker to hold both a Subscriber-level (or higher) WordPress role and a SupportCandy Agent account with the 'Assign Agents' permission configured.
The SupportCandy – AI Customer Support Ticket System & Live Chatbot Agent plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'name' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This exploit chain requires the 'Register user if not exists' setting to be disabled, which is its default configuration.
The Jeg Kit for Elementor – Powerful Addons for Elementor, Widgets & Templates for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Comment in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.19 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Immediate persistence without moderator approval is possible when the attacker submits from an email address with at least one previously approved comment, though the widened allowlist bypasses sanitization regardless of approval status.
The Ultimate Member – User Profile, Registration, Login, Member Directory, Content Restriction & Membership Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'form_id' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.13.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The injected payload is stored in the registering user's 'submitted' usermeta via update_user_meta() and is only triggered when an administrator opens the affected user record in the wp-admin Users modal, which inserts the unescaped output via jQuery .html().
The Beaver Builder Page Builder – Drag and Drop Website Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to blind SQL Injection via 'fields[][value]' Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.11.0.5 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. The vulnerable get_autosuggest_values AJAX endpoint is reachable by any Contributor who owns a draft post, as the required fl_ajax_update nonce is emitted into the block editor for any user who can edit a Beaver Builder post type.
Formbricks before 5.4.4 and 6 before 6.0.1 allows stored XSS. The survey-level Custom Head Scripts feature did not enforce the documented Manage permission boundary. A workspace member holding only readWrite permission could configure Custom Head Scripts on a survey, an operation the documentation restricts to the Manage role. Because the configured scripts execute in the authenticated browser session of any user who opens the affected survey, a lower-privileged member can run arbitrary JavaScript (stored cross-site scripting) in the session of higher-privileged users. Fixed versions require Manage access to modify survey Custom Head Scripts.
ImageMagick before 7.1.2-32 and 6.9.13-57 contains a policy bypass vulnerability in LoadPolicyCache that silently skips security policy rules when policy.xml uses an alternate DOCTYPE. A valid DOCTYPE not ending in ']>' makes the parser consume the rest of the file, so no policy rules are applied and restricted operations become allowed.
OpenAPV before 1.1.1.0 has a read_bitstream heap-based buffer overflow.
Mooncake transfer engine before 0.3.12 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the readString function of include/common.h that allows unauthenticated attackers to crash the service by sending a zero-length handshake frame. Attackers can connect to the handshake port listening on all interfaces and send an eight-byte frame to terminate the hosting process, such as an SGLang inference server.
